Cuz from what I can tell the terrain and the actors within it load at different times, sometimes causing the actors to be loaded but not the terrain
Resulting in said actors falling through the floor and getting stuck

Gonna get some last bits of crafting done, then pack up and find somewhere new to call home

Well if you are just learning then suggest sticking to the beach. You may find the occassional sarco which will slaughter you. icthyornis aka the super annoying bird who steals shit. You will defs lose items to that

There are 4 different bosses on the island, the overseer being the final boss. If you haven't beaten that, or the other 3 bosses, you've missed ascending and tek gear.

Well, if you're looking to do the bosses, I recommend taming up some high level and stat rexes or therizinos (there are other dinos you can tame and breed for bosses, its up to you) and breed up some super dinos to fight the bosses. Get some good cave dinos for the artifacts, kill other stuff for the dino trophies 🙂

The island caves really arnt that hard though

Be mindful that the cave in redwoods has poison gas in it but possibly really good loot (or just a cloth armor)

The cave near volcano is easy
