Use a now owl and heal in between riding sessions. Effectiveness is based on how many of the ice icles and dinos you pick up out of the required amount. Location is very important. Kiting to an open area with Space and Dinos.

It’s a lot easier with a duo. Put personally I tame off the back of a Malwyn. It has 42k hp and I can shoot while riding. When I get dismounted I throw out owl and spam heal on it then jump back on malwyn to tranq it down. If two of you the other can fly the owl and scout / kite other bigger dinos

The boss won't take any damage until someone dies.

Ascension might not work.

You also might be left in the Arena after the fight with no way out. You'll have to relog into the server before you're allowed to eat your implant.

I am playing ASA single player Steam. It has been a while. I am on the island was going to do a play through. Have default settings. Hard mode set. Difficulty 1 set but hard mode over rides I think. And solo settings checked.

When I fly around the map things are strange. Spawns seem to wipe when I leave an area. Maybe hand full of creatures left. Then takes a long time when you go back to the area for wild creatures to spawn back. It’s like the stasis is set to wipe instead of freeze.

This is fine if I stay in an area. But if I fly around the map everywhere I go is empty. Is this a know issue?

What others had to do/what the admins suggest on my cluster is deleting ark, deleting all the save data (sucks if you dont play on servers) power off your console, then reinstall. What he says is going on is that the mods dont install properly then eat up all your space even tho you cant see it

I played Lost Colony, and I wonder if the developers are confusing the difficulty level with the unreasonableness?
Resource acquisition is minimized and dinosaurs are all low level. The main mission is impossible because there are no decent creatures to fight. It's not fun at all.

depends highly on wich private you play, sure 'yours' is the better, others arent so great. True island is the pillar spampot, but you are free to join any of the hundreds other servers, i been on the Center from ASA and the pillaging is really minimal

So it looks like you can paint the light colours, it's just greyscale doesn't work anymore. It changes the flame colour, but not the colour of the light it outputs where previously it'd change the light to white so that you could see better

But i only got a 167 saddel, but with Item Ranking over 100. Durability was even lower then the original Items. Is it possible that i reached the cap and the warbench dont stop at the Cap of an Item? Guess why I haven’t been able to play ARK for 4 days:
I’m stuck with a 132.456 GB download.
The download takes 2 days and 7 hours.
The problem is that as soon as it finishes installing, a new version appears, as if I had never installed the previous one.
So another 132.456 GB download of a new version starts again.
My current download should finish around 2 a.m., and I see 63 at the end of the version number.
But I’m worried because I saw on Discord that another new version is coming.
Right now, I’m at 84% of the download.
What am I supposed to do: open a ticket or just complain all night?

I've found that its caused by an item glitching in your inventory. You can kill yourself, and have someone else pick up your loot and see if that works.

Guess it depends on how many items you have. For example. I transfered to the island and my pants vanished. I shouldve killed myself right then, but I didn't. I put on a new pair and played. When I transfered back to val, the game did the bug.

After going through all the steps. Made a new character on the island, killing myself a few times, dropping all my loot, and even turned off the crossark feature.... it stopped. When I replaced my gear, the newer pants I put back on instantly vanished, and the bug stopped

This is just my experience with the bug and is in no way a 100% fix, but just giving you an example

I'm having a problem with Ark mods and storage space on my PS5. Every time I travel in-game or restart the game, I lose GB of mod storage. Uninstalling and re-downloading all the mods only helps temporarily, because eventually I get the message again that I'm out of storage space. however, your mutation chance will be halved after 20 since the male stud will no longer give mutations

from 7.5% to 3.25% I believe

Can someone explain to me why when I run an unofficial server, players can no longer get XP for killing their dins? Is WC really going to kill unofficial servers too?? I understand that WC is useless for servers. That there is actually no admin on the official server, that the computers are worthless. But I doubt that players who are used to the luxury of unofficial will play an insanely slow and laggy game. Could someone from WC come to their senses and realize that Unofficial servers are the main driving force of the game and that at the moment when mods are useless to us, not only will a bunch of people stop playing it. But that no one will buy even the Ark 2 that has been promised for ten years?

I use the maeguana under water to nurse. I have always had to take the maeguana to land. Turn turn nursing on (or toggle if it is already on). Then return the maeguana to the water. Turning the nursing on underwater never worked for me. I think it’s a glitch or perhaps I am hallucinating.

I have done the same. Activated it on land and took it underwater but, even if nursing is active, the X fish is not eating.

As soon as i put some fish meat in the inventory of the baby I see the food raising while it is not doing anything from the maeguana.

I have also put it in a tek vacuum but it is not working either.

I am very deep underwater, if it matters.

anyone having trouble on nitrado servers? Specifically with Global dino cap reached ? Ive changed both .InI settings to 5000000 and even rolled back the server to a time where this wasnt an issue and now randomly it is

Wait so all my females I bred to just have no mutations but all same level and stats where I replaced the male with males with mutations. It’s showing my mutations now as 2 from mom 20 from dad when I get a mutation is this what you mean?

I don’t have a issue on my nitrado server it says I have like 23k wild Dino’s at some points but sometimes on 18k

My fish breeding area is at the bottom of the ocean on island. I don’t see why depth would be an issue. I do find some Dino’s shy about eating. If I leave render and return they have eaten.
