You can buy them separate but not until December when the rest of the dlc comes out, by then you’ll probably have already caved and got the dlc because people get fomo. Quite a few of the traits are useful, but a good mix would be good trait + levels

Also in some cases, if breeding dinos, you also want to pay attention to traits that are bad for a breeding line, such as the ones with a weak line in health, meele, etc

No, some of the are good if you can find a high level with them, but they are not the most important factor. Like, finding an argy with a trait that gives weight bonus is good for you to gather metal etc, but between a low level with the trait, and a high level, a high level is preferred. For breeding traits don't matter much

Ik there’s usually a % damage cap where it just doesn’t go any higher despite crafting skill, but I think that as long as you’re within that cap it should act normally

I don’t know if you can go over that cap somehow, if you somehow do maybe it makes it worse. I’m not really sure about that

Why do wild dinos come out of the walls everywhere? Cant even tame Tusos nor kill them. They are stuck in the mesh, they can attack and grab but wont come out. If they grab you, its a good chance you will end up in the mesh and get anti mesh killed. While they are in the mesh, you cant hurt them, but they can hurt you. In the end, you deal with evil tentacles coming from the walls. Fix the game.

The incredible thing is that the first day that rag dropped it was working fine for me, Now i can't even access my character in the stupid game i play offline.
From what i see online even servers are hard to reach but I have no experience in that regard

Real, I have been having issues everyday of playing this game since about a week before rag dropped, crashes during launch on xbox pc, huge 130gb update sizes for small patches, redownloading the game several times to fix various things, in the end i bought it on steam to fix those problems but i cant even play...

Try doing that on a fresh game. Uninstall all the mods. And if you are planning on deleting the game deleting it from the steam won't remove those ini file. Locate the asa folder and get rid of it completely

And even if u install the game fresh again the ini file will be old

So open the game test the performance and then quit the game delete the file and now it should be brand new

If this doesn't work Wildcard seriously needs to take a look into this asap

Personally i Run my settings on the highest because my PC can Handle it. The game “Ark” defined by the devs as the main way to play is pvp official. Thats why they shutdown ASE officials… so my only question is why doesnt it get support? All servers on ASE are hosted by players, they make their own server rules. Some allow random players to join, you are at risk of running into cheats and/or dishonorable players and tribes. Your choice to play on them or not, want a fair server? Host your own or play solo.

Drakeling gives you a 10% loot bonus, which causes it to reroll the loot when you open it. Using awesome spyglass I can see what's in the loot before opening it, so I can see what the reroll does. 95% of the time the loot is always worse after the reroll

Also hyaenodon farms are just OP for the drakeling. They're small so you can easily set them up to breed like 20 at once, which is worth 4-5k experience on the drakeling. 6 breeding rounds will get you an ascendent key. But you could also easily set up a couple circles and generate 40 at once. A small group could basically just sit there grinding ascendant gear non-stop

For me it’s just been on non dedicated servers which is what my friends and I have been using and plenty of people here and the sub reddit have had the exact same issue
