I don’t care any bug that happens now I’m happy with 5.5. Before if I didn’t open my inventory for longer than a minute it’ll freeze completely. Sometimes would take 10seconds to 1minute to unfreeze. Heck sometimes pc would crash because game wouldn’t crash just froze up the whole pc and even if it unfroze and crashed my pc was struggling to live, always had to restart pc.

I can go 10 minutes without opening inventory and nothing happens when I open it. Heck my creatures can die and I’ll still find this update better than before lol.

@sullen jackal no votes for those maps yet, so no clue. There’s a chance they don’t since they were the newest maps and gen 1/2 add a lot of new creature and fjordur add a lot of old creatures.

Hope they do it for them but we won’t know until after lost colony I believe.

Each time i try to change 1 setting all tames, wild Dinos and myself dissapear, also some walls. Have same issue with fps but it drops like hell, im around 90-100 on high settings but it drops down to 20 all The time, so broken

Restarting the server to restore my stuff seems to have cleared the resources that weren't disappearing and it also fixed the large resource items not disappearing

I'm at a complete loss for words on what is causing my issue, I am having dedicated storages break EVERY server restart.. They are able to be accessed but no resources are able to be pulled from them and no wireless crafting is able to be done BOTH CS dedi's and regular dedi's are having this issue I have placed them on regular foundations by themselfs and they are still breaking i don't know what is causing this and I am at my wits end.
I have searched just about bloody everywhere trying to find a fix, I have reinstalled mods, reinstalled the server I'm lost.

Aberration is unplayable with black cubes and 3d triangles everywhere when loading an existing save. Creating a new instance avoids the issue.

It actually makes sense, wildcard runs this on the best of the best and just lowers everything and expect it to work. Most studios do that for pc because there’re way to many different combinations of hardware that they just use their best pc to test things. Which would explain why higher settings are more stable.

Frame Gen is really good for SMOOTHING, 70 FPS to 144hz.
But 'making up' the difference between usuable FPS and playable it doesn't do, and that is how most try to use it.

I open it with frame generation command and enable fsr, it uses the full ram of my computer and freezes the computer until the game reaches the last ram consumption. When I do not open frame generation and only enable fsr, there is no ram problem.

Well I can't disable FSR Framegen, the game loads in assets like it's on an HDD when I start a save.
Ghost resources spawn on my base on load, the game in general has slower load times, the FPS has dropped 30%

The only good thing is it doesn't crash everytime I goto main menu.

It pegged my CPU at 100% the entire time the game was running. (Real load, my temps reached 72c, they never go that high)

After the update I went from textures/view on epic, foliage and global high and the rest on low and now I’ve put the rest to medium and I’ve gone from stable 40 fps to stable 60fps and this is singleplayer with hibernation off and 1440p.

Plus this update fixed my inventory freezing every time I open it.
