depends on the server settings. PvE typically has ORP and prevents it wihin half an hour of all tribe members logging out, and of course everything is frozen when nobody is around

Well it doesn't seem to, had people kite titans to many bases.
Those with passive all good.
Those not, the dinosaurs fought back and all died. They can't be fighting and protected. Or that's an OP hack.

To be honest titans have no place on PVE, should be removed. Or a permanent tame 1 per tribe. Just useless otherwise.

changing the level distribution to have a higher chance for higher levels is impossible without mods, its all luck. you can get the custom dino levels mod though, which by default will make the distribution between low and high levels be balanced

i have a rtx 3070 i7 16gb ram and i can hardly get any fps i run low setting and get like 60 but the game still feels bad to play am thinking of getting 32 gb of ram will that help get more fps and help the game feel smoother

yuh see I had an rtx 3070 and now I have a 4090 so I have experience. What I can tell you to do is use commands (I forgot how to type it out but you can search it up) to get rid of clouds in the background and turn off motion blur if its on and btw on a 3070 you're not gonna do any better than 60 fps

thats cuz ASA runs unreal engine 5 and ram doesn't have anything to do with graphic input

that 4060ti is holding your system back so you're probably only gpnna be able to do all medium settings

yeah it would still look pretty decent but obviously nowhere near high or epic but you might need to tweak a few settings

on my 4090 I can run everything epic and its fine but I usually put shadows to high

yeah that would be better but try to get a 4080 or 90 (IF U CAN but 4070 is still great for price) you will probably be able to run a comfortable mix of 75% high settings 15% medium settings and 10% epic with low stutter

that is a really wack combo of parts, not really good for gaming. you want the best GPU you can get for ASA, and a 4060 is not that. intel CPUs are pretty useless for a gaming PC right now, but if you do get one, there is basically no benefit to anything over an i5 12 gen plus for gaming. also some serious stability/failure issues with 13th and 14th gen i9s and some i7s

DDR4 RAM is also crippling for an alder lake or raptor lake intel part, defeats any benefit of the generation over a way cheaper part

the 7800X3D and 4070 is far better. best gaming CPU that exists + decent GPU, it would be fine for 1080p, ok for 1440p. if you are playing higher res, i would say cheaper CPU and better GPU for ASA. for lower end, a 7700XT/7800XT are going to be better than any 4060 variant, if they have those

Zen4 only uses DDR5, so you cant get noobtrapped by that

bouts? reportedly anything that can pull the cart is technically a platform dino now, so it cant go on other platforms. this may be fixed

you dont need a server to transfer, it is an intended part of the game. you can still run your own on the same computer as you are playing, if you have enough memory. removes a lot of bugs from singleplayer and boosts performance in some cases

You need to either dinowipe or wait for the spawns if you cant dino wipe if your not an admin. Also may have to unblock mods in settings sometimes they don't automatically enable even if you start server with them on.

Yes, I have them Incubating. When they are ready to hatch they sit as long as you need them too but u can't remove them once incubation is ready. When you hatch from gigaraptor saddle it will auto claim the baby to whoever hatches it.

There are loads of pearls on the island, you have to make the trip down to one of the underwater pearl caves or tame an angler and use that to harvest them from the seabed and coastal areas.

appaerently that was introduced in 2022, which explains a lot and why i missed it. i was mainly in maintaining a base mode and rarely actually played. it has also not worked entirely correct for everyone since 2022.

so saying you have for ages, is not correct. 1 year on a game that has been out for 7 years prior is not ages.

Connectors are good somewhat, but better off using full length bits snappning then when it's red pilar down to ground and repeat.

If this is in SE map on game then it is probably heatstroke and the only way to fix heatstroke is by dying in game or respawn yourself by right clicking on your emplant and click respawn and it will cure your heatstroke. hope this is helpful

tho some dinos my outperform a therizino sometimes in one specific type or have weight reductions which dont make it better fyi. the therizino is your one stop tame for wood/thatch/fiber/berries/seeds/hide/meats/pelts and also servers as a boss dino for all 3 bosses on island and with its great torpor speed also manticore on scorched and it can easily tamed against its torpor on day 1 starts by trapping it and invoking starve mechanic on it

if you get targeted as a person, my experience is that youre dead anyway most of the time
tek helmet is very useful as it shows you buried purlovias to pay attention to and is basically the only tek piece youll really need, id rather take regular armor if it is better. For the temperature, use med brews and those stew soup things. Alternatively a cooled tek canteen will carry you through. Fur will not be necessary by any means

there are other strats like building a wall of gates on one side of the trench that you can use to block the wyverns from following you

It's how I used to do it on rag. Make sure your pt has enough weight to not be slowed by the egg (they weigh 50 each). Lots of stam and a bit of hp can help if you get unlucky. The spin move is the key, it gives you a burst of speed to shoot away from chasing wyverns. But I recommend having a nearby trap ready to lead the wyverns into. Even if you just leave them there it lets you get away. Once you get your first one, it gets easier.

Yep, thats why a trap is so helpful or some turrets to fly past ready to shoot them down. They drop aggro easily though if you can get any kind of distance from them, even more so in asa than in ase.

If you're in ase, only poison can damage you whilst mounted. In asa fire wyverns can also kill you whilst mounted. But if you're on a pt, that will probably die before you anyway. I would say pick your moment carefully, look for a nest with few wyverns nearby. Completely avoid it if there is any chance of a lightning following you as they will nuke your pt faster than anything. Get out of the trench fast ans then even if you and the flyer die, you can recover your bag with the egg.

But the land at the south end of the trench is nice and flat, perfect for building so sort of trap to help you, also the nests in there are usually full of eggs and you won't have to go far in to get one.
