Yeah, you're more than fine. I'm sure you can handle high/epic. Depending on your preferences you may not want to for pvp. But I think you'll be fine. The frame generation on the 4000x series cards help but mostly in 2k and 4k.

You can change health recovery in game settings, should be in main tab under "dino category"

Bring it up to 3 and it should be more then enough for SP

So where's the improved dino AI because Im definitely not seeing it? Now tames can't even walk in a straight line without taking a detour or getting stuck in an endless loop. Pathing is so dumb it's driving me insane. Next patch it'll come, right? Yes? No?

Other than the terrible optimization and the fact Im not able to play the game anymore.
Defo one of the biggest letdowns

Literally the only barely noticeable thing is how they route around objects when theyre chasing you.
Which is just barely noticeable because it's only slightly better than ASE.

Its only slightly better on first sight, when you play more often you see flaws and you play around them same as on ASE

When I was able to play. You could kill many dinos just from them seeming to freeze during a fight. You're then able to walk up behind them and hit them repeatedly with a pike.

Until they die.

Some dinos, like the raptor. Now have a really bad turning radius issue.

But trike has way good turning radius for dinos of his size

He is almost rotating in place

You can just walk in circles without getting hit once and kill a raptor with a spear, because they can never turn sharp enough to hit you.
Which granted. Killing raptors was never really an issue, as long as you have a bola.
But now you don't even need one.

My game runs semi-okay on low and some medium settings.
It's just, as I said before.
UI is screwing me over and I can't play.

Spawn screens, engram screens, character creation screen.
