Some games are good at making low settings still use large opaque 2D assets to block views, but often games don't do that.

Ab/X/R are different dinos BPs. You can't mate them with regular ones, nor get boosts and that kind of stuff. having different patterns for the same creatures would be cool. A couple of MODs actually do it. Paleo Ark has different patterns for their Rex, for instance, and that's really cool.

when you use the longneck rifle, at times you can get a 'false reload', where you go through the reload animation, but the gun refuses to fire and has to cycle the reload animation twice before it'll fire. during that time, the giga's torpor might stop rising, and if it ever stops rising it drops FAST

One of my favorite tames was a blood wyvern that was mutated with blue and red colors that were so similar to a betta fish I had just lost and I knew I had to give them the same name as the betta fish to carry on his legacy.

I remember it couldn't run Stomped Land good either, so I got ARK and just booted it up to see if it would run the game. It ran it quite poorly. I couldn't even play the game. "Luckly" two weeks later, a memory stick fried so I took up the opportunity to buy a new one.

That's a configuration before you launch the game. On the PC there are lots of configurations on the menu before launching the game. Don't know how it works on xbox. It's among those dino count, experience and gather multipliers.

They did use the term "early access" in one of the community crunches, but I think they meant a bit differently from a game that's still under development and is being worked on before a "full release"

They'll most likely do some balancing and stuff throughout the several following months, that's normal, but I think they consider the "full release" all the DLC maps, so because we're only getting the Island at the start, it's sort of an "early access".

It would be nice for the game if they implement an electricity system like rust. Generators should be capped to generate X amount of energy, and each component to consume X amount of watts. If u want more turrets then u need more generators and more fuel

u can fix that using a pipe pulling system. Those 2 systems combined (electrical and industrial like rust) brings automation to the game. Imagine to just drop the resources all mixed inside one single box and then letting the whole system pull the materials through the pipes inside their proper boxes. It would be awesome.

Try restarting the Xboxes and make sure there is not heavy internet use going on.

It was enabled PvP when each tribe had a user online.
