In a sense, it destroys the node faster. It doesn't change how much the node itself gives, only increasing your HarvestAmountMultiplier will do that.

Yes it PvP to PvP and PvE to PvE only, can't change between them. Now unofficial server owner I believe and change a server from PvE to PvP or vice versa which would work like that.

Beside that there is a category for servers that are cluster together which I believe effects official more than unofficial as not all PvE or PvP servers will be under the same cluster in their respective play mode, so it important to remember the numbers in the server name when you transfer servers.

Yeah well that why Ark so good, there something for everyone just gotta look for it.

It works well for PvE as it gets the grind off setting up your base and onto just being productive. Those servers I mention with that nice daily player base, we made it work cause the server owner held weekly to bi-weekly auctions that used ingots as currency for people to bring usually dinos, but really anything you thought someone else might like to auction off. Independent trades still took place and that really up to those what it goes for although most just kept it for ingots.

That why I play Ark, not to sit there and grind my buttocks off just to build a wooden base or try manipulate a hidden spot to alpha a server.

You get seeds from bushes. Any bushes. If you're on Fjordur specifically, there is a farm with all 4 vegetables and their seeds, otherwise you will just need to manually pick bushes or use a dino to gather bushes. Everytime you harvest a bush, you get a chance to get seeds.

I have found 10 Rhyniognatha so far. Holy moly it is a painfull process to tame one. I found 5 low level males and 5 low level females. Highest one was 63 from all genders. And I have found them across 10 hours of non stop killing and searching.

Considering that you need to go trough the effort of imprinting them I dont want to settle for a female below lvl 60 which is already a low bar. And I cant find one of at least lvl 60

its harder to tame than bloodstalkers, yes. acquiring the taming percent is the same, just get it to grab you and have bloodpacks but the way to get the taming effectiveness is completely different. you'll have to get it to grab a dino constantly, dino doesnt need to die. took me about 2 hours to max its taming effectiveness on release so idk if it changed while a bloodstalker takes less than half an hour

Make a trap, find your thyla, shoot it with a crossbow or a longneck rifle to get it off the tree and then lead it into the trap, just kill the other agressive creatures around you so its a nice and easy tame

Dont try to bait it into the trap using your character because if you are in their range for their pounce it will most likely kill you before you get it in the trap

That fight is all about melee for carnos. Max health and armor matter very little because the dragons main source of damage is it’s fire breath which is percentage based and can’t be mitigated by anything other than shadowmane debuff

I’d take a yuty and daeodon. With good control and avoiding unnecessary damage 1.3k melee should clear it with losses

I've only ever had it almost go bad once out of lots. Just yuty buff and rex rush it, avoid the lava should be a gg

Hi there, im not sure if anyone would be able to help me here, but how do I completely reset all files related to ark? A while ago I changed some registry files and some ini files before I upgraded my pc, and I cant seem to get it back to the point that ark should look on max graphics. Last night I just uninstalled ark from steam then deleted the ark folder from common, but I still have the same problem. Can anyone help?

Gameusersettings.ini files and verifying. Should remake.

I Tek Rexed Alpha Dragon with Yuty roar, kept them on the Left side of Arena and I was riding a Magmasaur which doesn’t get affected by the lava or Dragons flame, also kept me Safe and away from the PT and Dimorphs that spawn 👍🏼

on 1x some dinos take up to 20 mins. for a lystro, about 4 mins i believe. takes a wee bit. i recommend feeding them rare flowers for faster taming
