They can patch up your tames at base, or you can use them to heal up wild animals in the field if you're trying to tame them and worried they're going to die

They do have griffon swoop but they're not super fast fliers and they're very poor fighters

They have a thermal vision which is of debatable use. Can help you find beehives i guess

Map dependant, but ignoring that, in roughly descending order of practicality-

1. A shit load of element dust gachas
2. Defend an element vein (The bigger the better)
3. Get a chainsaw and harrass Sanctuary's robots for a while
4. Breed tek dinos, raise them to adulthood, then kill and harvest them

If you're just after element in general instead of dust in specific, then insert "Get a mantis, a good pick, and something that can fight magmasaurs and go to the Genesis 1 volcano" at 1

That’s not even close to an effective way to gather it though, which is what they’re asking for. Ferox dust gathering is the equivalent of picking up a penny off the ground on your way to work. Sure it’s money and if you do it everyday for a couple years you’ll be able to buy a cup of coffee. But that doesn’t mean it’s worth it.

But regarding the clear water this might be thanks to the mod "swim clear scuba mask" that i got installed because the overlay of the vanilla scuba mask annoyed me (it is still there if you are in 3rd person view, whyyy?) and also because the sight underwater is still blurry with vanilla.

And run swamp cave with megatherium. Make sure you uncryo the megatherium inside the swamp cave then do get the 4x 2x notes. Fly back run cave , cryo megatherium and uncryo it past the Choke point and finish the rest of cave.

They were quite scary until I realized you can't get mega rabies if you're sitting on a dino. Ever since then I just brought a dino to sit safely on and a good rifle and it's been easier. There are a few though, such as the one in Scorched Earth that has a void you can fall into and die in that do scare me though.

I'm using the awesome spyglass mod so I can see the base stats at all times, so luckily this is not an issue=) As far as the deino issue, they literally run single-file. Like they're in a marching band lmao. Only the dino at the front gets to attack, and if it dies the column moves one step further ahead and another one takes its place.

Well, preferably you want to have a good level basilo. It's pretty easy finding a decent 130 to 145 basilo

If that doesnt work for you, swarming the alpha tuso with a bunch of good leveled megalodons is also a good strategy, since yeah...more dps

I don't know that the primal fear transmitter has the scanner. The s+ transmitter requires multiple transmitters and generators unless you've changed it in the files.

Videos aren't always accurate and usually have another mod. If you have s+ you will need to use the specific s+ transmitter.

Actually, for imprinting, it doesn't matter. The Nanny just increases the imprint over time.

So, like 0% to 0.9%, it will set the imprint to 1%. At 1% to 1.9%, it sets the imprint to 2%, and so on.

BTW, you cannot get over 100% by also doing cuddles/walking/comfort food.
