champ there are multiple caves on fjordur the easiest is behind a waterfall not sure of exact locatin but only desmos spawn there also they can pick up dire wolfs so i dont recomend bringing a small tame u also need blood bags cause their a passive tame

get a lower level one, then use it to tame bigger ones because they colloect blood packs, and you can make a special thing that increases taming/ or imprinting by 30%

and trading is still technically legit, people usually want dino for dino, hard poly, or other resources/ saddles/ etc

Bear i can solo with one decently leveled velon with 100% imprinting while sitting on the cliff above it, wolves you can do with one giga thats imprinted and got decent stats fight them one by one by using the spawning pillar to block line of sight, the bee is just easy

@exotic mulch hey, not sure if anyone's helped you with this yet, but try holding H around your dinos. If you see a green chevron above their head's it means they are listening to group whistles. if it's yellow, then they are set to ignore group whistles. If you DONT get any chevrons, then go into your dino groups tab and clear the dino group. you might have somehow set a group and thus, dino's not in that group will ignore your whistles.

Sort of. On pc you can type in any ridiculously high value you like, but there are areas that will TP regardless of the range. Some maps are more playable than others- For example Island is only caves. fjordur likely has a bunch of them scattered around though

Yeah they're one of those nice 'you kinda need to go out and get them specifically until you're progressed' things, and using them for mod items gives them some more uses to an item that otherwise generally is fairly niche

Yeah I like that NU makes jellies way more balanced. Stun is based off drag weight, you can configure interval, etc. QoL items by the same modder also has an anti-shock potion too though
