What a stupid thing to do! When the Astraeos update came out, I placed a structure near the edge of the map; it was a buildable area. Then they updated the border, and that structure ended up outside the map's edge, and I could never remove it. They banned it because of the official network. Seriously, Ark is a poorly made game, and they still treat their players like money bags. Years of playing on the official network, only to get banned and lose everything because of the incompetence of this garbage team.

@civic bison if i may inquire, the 505 crunch had a paper dossier for the paleoctopus. does that mean the gen 1 and gen 2 creatures will have the same? there are fan creation dossier for like the noglin and bloodstalker. seem weird since gen 1 didn't have dossiers at all and gen 2 had digital data entries

Hey I’ve got some Dino’s from people on official pve, they are perfect level 362 but I noticed all most of the mutations stats are at absolute 0 and all the points are put into melee damage and health. I’m wondering how they got the other stats to be absolute 0. Is that from the Christmas update event possibly? If I can remember people were getting level 50 Dino’s from the event but every stat point was only put into one stat. Is that how they are getting those stats with mutations over time?

It takes forever and a half to mutate 0 mutations to 362 without any stats in food/oxygen. Honestly dont know how they do it so fast. A new dino comes out and 1 month later there are 362's everywhere

If you tame level 5 dinos, with almost no efficiency (theres a bug for a while now, it will always be level 6 past tame no matter how low u get it) you have various stats at 0 stat points, as the level of a dinosaur is the sum of all the points in the stats and then +1 added.
And basically all dinos have more than 5 stats, so no matter what you will inevitably have some stats at 0 points. Then just combine a bunch of those tamed dinos until you have 0 points in every stat, that will then be a dino at level 1. and only breed those stats into that you want.

Maybe a good idea to find some lvl 140s-150s till I find one with rally crazy good stats in melee damage then breed it with the level 1 mutation stats until I get one with 0 on everything other than the melee and health that I want then get a pair w the same stats the start breeding for mutations. That’s such a wild grind but lowkey so worth 😭 I Rexes I have that are like that grind all alpha bosses on the island in under 2 mins. Did the alpha brood other in 24 seconds

I had to upgrade my pc to notice a big enough stable jump from 9th gen intel to 14th gen intel, and 20 series to 50 series

yea breeding, especially for stats is usually just a crazy grind for stats and min/maxing on official. the good thing in ASA is, you can always swap out your initial good starting stat (like melee or HP in rexes, so if you only find like 35ish for example points, you can always replace that later on)
so tame a bunch of high level ones for good stats, and about any and all females so that you can start mutation stacking right away. and while that is going, keep taming lvl 5 and like lvl 140+ to setup and prepare for your eventual clean stat line
