Once theyre in shield stance and youre confident youve dealt enough damage that they should be doing the adrenaline roar just back up so you interrupt their attacking and get them to swap to running after you. It triggered them to roar every single time when i did that
Plus it went super fast cause after the roar id wait for the acro to loose the red glowy (if it was fed narcotics correctly that should be pretty damn fast) get it to 50% health or so (it stays in shield stance) back up and it roars again

Tried downloading it on EXT with an alt char - bugged. What helped me is jumping my main char off Center and then jumping my EXT char to Center and she accessed a transmitter and could instantly download the item.

Now I will upload empty cryopod first to disable future issues with the last slot.
