And you know what? They're forcing me to play regular Ark solo, and on top of that, they're messing with me, forcing me to buy the game again and all the DLC. On top of that, they mark everyone's tickets as resolved and then delete them, even though they know perfectly well they have few tickets and don't do much work. They have the nerve to tell me they're always active on the tickets and everything, and I had open tickets from way before when several tribes meshed me, when several tribes raided me at the same time and used aimbots against me, providing video proof, and they still haven't even been banned. That's what makes me so angry.

There's a weird bug going on right now with the mods. There's this unofficial PVP server I recently started playing on. If I put my character in a bed and log off, I am unable to log back in. It will do the same thing you mentioned, it states certain mods are out of date. No matter how many times I would manually uninstall, reinstall the mods it still wasnt working. It would look like it updated, it would say they were up-to-date, I would try to join, immediately kicked upon joining the server, go back to join again and they would say they were out of date again. The only workaround I have seen that works in chat and tested myself, is to kill your character before you log off 💀 this has worked more than four times in a row, I tested it, it allows you to just respawn once you login. I don't know if there's someone in your tribe who could kill your character and rescue your bag to see if that might allow you to spawn in. Because now, it doesn't matter that any of the mods say they aren't up-to-date as long as I kill my character before I log out I've been able to login with no issues. I'm sorry this is happening, I know it can be frustrating ☮️

I dont like using it when Im playing a collaborative game that people only play when new updates roll out, because cloud serviices are usually delayed in getting those updates.

Disclaimer, I dont know much about that game, but looking at it now, its not even that small of an install. 60GB stated, but some claim its 100GB on disk post-install.

It seems like there are big maps, some creatures, but with it only being 4-8 players max online, they dont have to store very much data locally to ensure it loads quickly. The creatures also dont have individualized data (colour regions, names, stats, etc.), they cant be stored in cryos, uploaded, etc. The environment is not destructable. You only navigate on the top surface of the map for the most part (no giant cave systems, no underwater biomes, no flying through the sky, etc.). The size difference makes sense to me tbh

Ark is big game because it has many aspects, many servers, many mods*, many assets, many spaghetti, tiny details, not many games compare as wildly to Ark, if Minecraft was not just block game and had as many asset it would be big boi too

I think a lot of GB goes into all the animations and details throughout the game itself, a lot of things in Ark (not just dinos and players) have an animation, like the tek replicator, the forges, campfires, drops etc, I’m not saying it would be 100gb with but, there’s also the trees, bushes, grass, rivers/water areas, misc creatures like butterflies, clouds, the sun/moon, it kinda all builds up

Extremely complex games like no man’s sky with similar functions like ark are much smaller (no fixed maps though so that saves space) but other games with extremely detailed map and high quality graphics that covers the whole world and thousands of assets and physical calcs like the flight sim games or also the BeamNG Drive are SO MUCH smaller compared to ASE
So yea sure ark is a somewhat complex game (although a lot of mechanics are the same at the core somewhat) but it’s also unnecessarily bloated

Outposts,Defense,Attack, Ossidon Spawns, Boss Fight, Crashes, Server perfomance, Meat plants, Vulpite Crystals, Fab Crossbow all have several bugs related to them and not even acknowlegded by wildcard.

I dont even know if theres a single aspect of this DLC that doesnt bug out or is bugged, did you guys forward it to whoever acutal made the DLC so we can get some fixes..
