A couple of us have just logged into our Unofficial Astraeos server this morning and found that all of our storages, generators, tribe towers.....pretty much everything, are empty. Clearly some kind of glitch as there's no way anyone could have looted the amount of stuff I had in my vaults. Anyone seen/heard of this before and know what it is/ how to fix?

Use chainsaw + soups for melee(better if your character have some melee also).
Also trait workers in chainsaw, trait mobile in chest will be helpful and tek suit to move around faster.
Best method, but not common.
