I wonder if Wildcard is aware that the limit for custom dynamic downloads is actually nothing at all, and although it exists in the menu for whatever the fuckin reason is, setting it to 1 KB/s is just as ineffective as setting it to 125000 KB/s. It still will download mods from Cursetrash at 30000 KB/s (or whatever someone's max download is, if they have less than 30 MB/s) no matter what that useless setting is put to. No wonder people have such a hard time getting mods to install and load properly when they're all gigantic and the download speed gets capped around 30 MB/s. I feel sad for all poor fellas on limited data packages, yall better disable mod downloads.
