incorrect, loot is based on two factors;

the drakeling having a biome buff when opening the chest (thats what increases loot to begin with) as well as the amount of xp that went into making the hoard key (you need 30k xp for max hoard key quality to get an ascended one)

and I am familiar with the science of headaches as we understand it... basically headaches are caused by the brain getting an incorrect amount of blood flow, by heating up your head with water it expands the blood vessels and increases blood flow to that area, which also likewise increases how much oxygen reaches the area which is why heat is also effective for other aches and cramps as well (a brain freeze btw is just another headache caused by too little blood flow to the brain)

migraines on the other hand are a type of severe headache caused by stress usually related to the eyes

Yeah they definetly require more preparation, but as you said, they can ask for giga hearts. And that's why imo they are more annoying than hard.
On new servers gigas and carchas are almost impossible to find.

I say this because I tried to tame a dreadmare on Valguero twice, and both times it asked for a Giga heart lol
