Build your own server for it if your network allows opening ports and you can have an entire cluster. A overkill server pc will cost a few hundred dollars with used parts and will be able to run 4 maps (which is like probably $80/mo) and you can resell it and get that money back whenever you want.

Running a cluster for a handful of people >10 is not a demanding task at all
