Those 25k hours weren't spent searching for a saddle. I've gone 250 hours on a save not getting a Rex saddle or blueprint. It's purely rng, sometimes you win. Sometimes you lose. With how many saddles exist in this game. It's pretty easy to lose

Wild seeds can be tended and harvested. Bred elderclaws don't need to be tended because they're already tamed but currently you can't harvest them.

You dont want levels you want the stats and mutation. If you get too high eventually you cap out on lvl up allowed.. you breed high level great stats with low level

After some checking I confirmed that Seeds made from adult Elderclaws DO HATCH but it takes much more time than wild ones. After more than hour on rates x2 seed entered 2nd transformation growthling. It will take 2-3 more hours to hatch it imo

Yep best to do if you don’t have binocs or incubators is raise ones that have 0 imprint and no added levels so you can look at the stat base to compare to new babies
