I can't give you a solution cuz I'm only on ASE but some tips are keeping like your storage at like 85% so the remaining 15% can be used to load the game and also if that doesn't work try to rebuild your database make sure your asa is latest version and your console is also latest version

typically that happens when the client has not yet downloaded the foliage data. ie, they dont exist, but you dont know that yet.
