you can open your singleplayer save as a dedicated server thingy but its not recommended imo, lots of issues. You can host on some sites or you can make one. Lots of good guides out there. The game itself doesnt have a real server creator

My friends and I noticed they were doing a LOT of damage. I went into an unmodded singleplayer (everything default settings except singleplayer settings disabled), turned on damage numbers and summoned a level 1 reaper (which should be dealing 85 damage, considering its level 1 with 85 base damage).

I used an unarmoured rock drake to tank it. The reaper was doing 382 damage per bite and 247 per tail spin

on our server, my drake has a 200 armor saddle and high level surface kings were doing about 80-100 damage per hit to it. Compared this to a 145 queen (who only has a slightly lower base melee at 75) and she only did about 13 damage per hit. now I know ofc leveling can factor in but thats a huge difference either way

it seems like the reaper is doing over double the damage that an ALPHA reaper is supposed to deal. my friend was trying to fight an alpha reaper with a couple megalosaurs with 25 armor saddles. the alpha itself was only doing about 150 damage, but the nearby regular surface reaper it was boosting was dealing over 500

armor is 300% effective against most dino damage, less so against some creatures and most weapons

iirc 1 armor = +1% effective HP
