Cryo pod and cryofridge are locked behind in game currency (keys) but you gain enough free keys each day it's not a big issue

I'm pve so not too bad, pvp I can see getting wallet slapped, you can buy base lvls for your tames

I think island is notorious for low lvl wild dino, just gotta keep looking. You can try console command to kill all the wild dino and let them respawn, i dont remember the command but I'm sure someone here knows it

I found my high lvl male rex near the swamp but I think it's just luck

If you need them for tribute items I dont think you can transfer those to another server, at least on official I think... i might be wrong tho. Pretty sure you can't transfer artifacts either
