Audacity Quiet?

Im having some issues with audacity after changing my setup. It sounds really muffled and quiet? I've got my defauly input device set correctly and its also set correctly on audacity. I thought it was my usb port not providing enough power to the mic, but it sounds good on discord. Has anyone had this problem?

Uh I'm not really sure how you answer that. I'll show you in a call tho. I'm able to turn my computer on and join a call rn if you want

There's a meter on the top right of audacity, when you record it should jump up to a certain level
