and i saw in a video that you can convince viewers that it was shot on a dslr by shooting with the wide angle, as it doesnt give you the normal phone camera look and wide angles dont have too much dof either
phone piccie
👍
Damn
took these shots on my phone, when doing phone photography i like to focus on composition since changing settings isn’t an option
those are all phone pics taken with the Camera from LR mobile and edited with the same. Phone is the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra
yeah the pro mode on the S21 is a blessing
yes, but this was taken WITH the built-in camera mode from LR mobile
Also take into account that you're most likely shooting at around 24mm with your primary phone camera. So look up photos shot with a 24mm on a ILC and use those as inspiration.
Shooting at 24mm can definitely be tricky for people who are new to photography. It's why kit lenses and 50mm equiv primes are always recommended. Much easier to isolate a subject or limit a composition by having a longer focal length
Is from iPhone 11
This forum is getting some really good photos now
This photo is so good
which one?
which photo do you mean? just react to the msg above
Not me but for inspiration - Rike shoots b/w on a iphone, some stunning stuff: https://twitter.com/Rike_bnw in the right hands a phone can be a powerfull tool
@honest yoke some of my phone photos on a Samsung S10e with Pro Mode and using lightroom mobile
Shooting with a phone is a different experience. No aperture control. No dynamic range control. No exposure control. Literally left to the whims and fancies of artificial intelligence and a questionably weak sensor.
I would love to see your guys tips and tricks on how to shoot with a phone cam
And would also love to see your works on the same.
use pro mode most of the time and set the SS to 1/50 and use the lowest ISO I can
I prefer to use it for long exposures and nothing else
Download Lightroom Mobile and shoot with the camera inside of that app. Gives you all the control
what Lunar and the gas goose said the next thing is: stay away from artificial DOF it's the worst; enbrace a high DOF and enjoy what that gives you for compositions
