Thank you for the feedback but I didn’t shoot through something cuz I feel like ...
but without that "frame" the picture is missing a layer of interest (IMO). Like, if that ice-cart wouldn't have been in my pic, it would've been not so interesting to look at than it is now.

The photo looks very nice, but given how bland and empty the space behind the Hotel Castillo is, try changing the location. Maybe try the Palacio Azul del Océano (the hotel on the west coast) or the Buenas Vistas-player house a few miles further north of the Palacio. Playa Azul (east coast, by the Apex Festival) has also some pretty lovely spots. otherwise, pretty cool picture but (and that's something I enjoy doing) try to "shoot through" objects, like fence posts or those ice-cream carts
