1st I would try to establish a main focus like either that quarter of the car or the wheel like the ones above. The 2nd maybe getting it head on, the 3rd is good but I’d experiment with different heights and see what you like, the last try getting the whole car in the picture but not as close to the edges as it seems very cramped

ahh ok, idk your experince but if your not getting consistent results for panning id suggjest going to around 1/100-1/125. ofc that depends on the speed of the vehicles your shooting. most of my panning shots were at around those shutter speeds

well i usually shoot on a little grass hill so im above the fence by a very sharp uphill turn, so they're usually going slower. i prefer to take the pics when they're approaching it so the brake lights are active, and they're going around 80-110 mph while entering the braking zone

ah ok, id suggest raising your shutter speed just a little, you can prob go lower as you get more consistent with your panning. all my porsche shots were at those slower corners and i was around 1/80- 1/100

I have used different settings for them, but generally ISO 100, 50mm (ffeq) and between f/2.5-2.8 and 1/200th - 1/1250th of a sec
