That's the Large Magellanic cloud, a dwarf galaxy that orbits the milkyway

Go to dark skies and you easily see it naked eye, the weak spiral structure also visible if dark enough

Other little blob above it near the edge of the image is small magellanic cloud, also a dwarf galaxy orbiting milkyway. SNR isn't amazing hence it being blobby when the image is cooked
