In many cases, probably this. When I was a teen I struggled to sleep, wasn't until I was working and had to at least pretend I was responsible I finally corrected poor (well non existent) sleep routines.

Although with that, just going to bed earlier on its own doesn't solve it if you're not tired, that part needs to be addressed in what you do during the day and/or wake up so you can sleep earlier

They’re steel or composite toe as well so theoretically they’ll protect your toes

The soles broke off, I super glued it back on, then it came off again, then I trex-ed, then it came off and I did silicone and it came off.. so I was rocking half soles no heels for about a year (the metal pins were so loud walking around lol) finally had new soles and heels put on a few months ago and I’m so happy
