I carefully compared the result to another shot from the series that had the entire tail and couldn't spot the difference at 100%

the bird was moving fast, so my first few shots cut its tail off. the rest of the shots were better composed, but the bird was ever so slightly softer on the eyes/face and the face/head pose was not as good either

I bought a citizen watch (cheapier, ~120 AUD) 3.5 years ago. A week after purchase, it stopped working. I presumed battery. Went back to the place of purchase (Prouds - they were cunts) and they told me that they had no One on site who could check it out. My ONLY option was to return to Citizen for warranty repairs. I was like WTF, this is a fucking brand new watch, a week old. They refused to accept a return and full refund. Again, illegal under the TPA 2011 (it's dead on arrival if within 28 days and I'm entitled to seek a replacement or full refund, at the retailers choice). Filed a fair trade complaint, was told tough luck and my only choice was to send in for repair. When I questioned this, etc, they told me they couldn't help me any further. Disgusting. I might add that said watch has a 5 year warranty, and that is voided if anyone other than Citizen opens the casing. Given that most batteries last around ~18 months, that would mean, on average, that I would need to send said watch in for "repairs" back to Citizen 3 times or thereabouts. Oh, and repair time was ~3 months. Fucking ridiculous. I ended up going to Mr Minit and getting them to open it up and test the battery and sure enough, dead battery. I will NEVER again by a Citizen watch.

Anyway, my argument with JBL Australia was that they had to provide spare parts for 5 years from the date that they discontinued the product.
