When I entered the game, 90% of the time I was stuck with the Mojang Logo, but I could hear the sounds of the Management Wanted menu and option selection. I tried vanilla Minecraft and it loaded, so it's possible that it's a bug.

Probably doesn't help u have a lot of other mods installed. Probably causing lay and/or conflict. Not exactly a problem with this mod specifically

Disable it first then see if it loads

Could be a memory problem too try adding memory and gpu leak mods see if that helps aswell
