I feel like not just Easter, but any big holiday decor would be pretty fun in the MW style ngl, I'd say it could be done similarly to how Mojang does Christmas with chests being changed due to the calendar on your device. It could be just like that, but maybe changes the buntings, or changes the lighting to different hues depending on the holiday. This concept could definitely be expanded to other places too, but I do actually see this concept as more than just an Easter holiday specific thing
