For example we can have a janitor,mechanic,chef,waiter,CEO,electrician or what ever you guys might want to add
each one of them has maybe something like a task to do during their shift for example how night-guards job is to Ofc watch the pizzeria during night and survive(should also probably make it so that you don't get paid if u die during your night shift? up to y'all though of course)

and maybe you should be able to hire your friends (for RP or immersion purposes idk if people do that in the "smp" server they got )
