#Vent Stairs/Slabs (Not in the way you'd assume.)

Hey! I found a way to make staircases within vents without kicking players out of the crawling feature and making them stand. You can do this by placing items smaller than slabs in-between sections with slabs. However, I think it would be a good idea if there were official blocks to do this rather than having to rely on blocks that aren't supposed to be used for this (ceiling lights, microphones, pizzas, etc.)

I get what you're suggesting but what do you mean "not in the way you'd assume", the entire suggestion hinges on exactly what I would assume those blocks are lmao

Have you tried framed blocks mod it might have a slab thats smaller than a usual one you could use

Okay, I found the word for this

I need vent half-slabs

Which are horizontally cut in half and then one half is deleted, leaving a half-half block

So basically just a regular block but divided twice

and has the vent texture
