camera range issue

so i don't know if this is an intended feature or if anyone else is having this problem, but when i try to view cameras from a certain distance(not going to try and specify) it just shows the static overlay with no transparency to it what so ever, and the weirdest part is, the "camera connection" text says that the camera is working just fine. i feel like this might be problem for bigger pizzeria builds that have cameras.

I'm pretty sure this is a minecraft issue however I could be wrong, if it is a minecraft issue then it can't be fixed
