When the game is set to start a new round after finish, bots freeze in their last position of the previous round when the new round starts.
The expected behaviour would be that they are despawned at the end of the round and spawned at the beginning of the new round.
Something similar seems to happen when the host leaves the game, probably the bots are not handed over to the new host correctly.

Yes, the bots have some problems after some rounds. I noticed and reported this many MFPS versions ago but it never resolved.
Which version of MFPS are you both using?
I see this bug since MFPS 1.8.x .The last version that i tried is the 1.9.1 on Unity 2019. I no still tried with MFPS 1.9.2 because i see in the updates that is not fixed.

Can you check if you can replicate with MFPS 1.9.2, I tried myself but I was not able to replicate the issue.

you have to play with three or more players.
@worldly berry I have same issue as well btw. Usually the alive bots would get stuck in the state they were in and dead bots would respawn and work well.
