Hm, word of advice as you asked - I recommend you try sketchy style at first, not direct line. Yes it will be messy, but until you gain experience its a good way both make good looking art and learn the proportions and etc

Like I do my wips

after that you can adjust line for proper proportions and etc

but anyway, practice makes perfect

do more art and you will adjust as you need

so dont abandon it, for a first drawing this looks good

That's impressive for a first drawing! For the points that need some correction, I think the head looks a bit big, and the neck too small. But you drew on a big space, which is really nice to let you room for the details you did, that adds a really nice touch. Really love the fact that we can only see their eyes, which are well done too!

Biologically, I'm going to say definitely not. Cross species pairings only kind of work if the two species had common ancestors. And unless the old ones specifically made it so that the eldar and humans from millions of years later where compatible, it's not gonna happen.

That said, things get funky when the warp is involved. And considering eldari are psychic beings, and Garvet in particular is a psyker... it's theoretically possible they could 'just make it work' but that's asking for some slaneshi fuckery to intervene and cause problems.
