Incredible piece. I really really like SoH Horus in the middle. The laurels on his brow, the sagittaurs on his armour, and the expression of a warrior.
I think its a fantastic depiction of him as Warmaster.
And even though he's not yet fallen to chaos, and maybe this could even be before chaos began to influence him, you can see the contrast between the first pannel and the second, the confident optimism replaced by a colder determination.

I wish, in some way, we could see what horus would become next. Like his natural progression if say chaos were not a factor.

id say try and work like youre batch painting minis. Get all the colors down, then get all the textures down, then shading, etc

your brush should be as big as you can make it at first and only once you've exhausted that should you focus in and work on fine details
