Whenever I see people react like that, my mind interprets it as "Warp/Chaos Corruption".

I mean, there are people who remain steadfast in the face of a Great Unclean one... and there are people whose first reaction is puking. And people that are partial to puking generally don't really care what they face - expressing their emotions through distributing the content of their guts is just what they do. Similarly, some people will always tend more towards a Khornate reaction or even a Slaaneshi (I'm looking at you, r34-everything people) reaction.

Ok so ik that I posted this awhile ago, but here is a more updated ref of Eliza. The blackened parts are Lho stick ash stains. I also went searching around online for 40k bolt action rifles and found a really awesome bolt action bolt rifle. Originally it was gonna have a scope and silencer on it, but due to some miscommunications with the artist, the rifle looked like something from Star Wars. Anyway, enough chattering from me, enjoy the art.

I had to Google what a Sergal is and I felt a disturbance as my ad algorithm shifted.

I wanted to to this for a while. So when they announced the Hadron Art Contest I decided to finally create a prime portrait. It's basically a prime number that when displayed on a 2D grid shows an image :) Ofc I had to do it in binary. So I searched for a large prime, converted it to binary and colored every 1 in black and every 0 in white. The worst part was to actually check that this number is prime. It even exceeded the character limit of Wolfram Alpha. . .

Two attempts to model in Blender. 3D printed resin components. Adafruit QTPy 2040, microswitch, hotglue, rusty spring. CircuitPython script to emulate "Press and Hold 'R'" on the keyboard. It works for Vet reloads, too.

I'm ironically a big nub, darktide was my introduction to 40k as well as adeptus mechanicus. Otherwise all my knowledge comes from ytb and articles hahaha, only played those 2 games but it was enough to get me into the universe

Rn i'm trying to make a gud story, about a Salamander, a Salamander that was too into "saving humans above everything else" in all the ways, good and bad "for example : *if encountering people suffering from incurable sickness, he will try using the vast array of Nurgles "concoctions" and try to save them by making them join Nurgle, either transforming them into resilient and near immortal beings, happy zombies etc... at the cost of free will, stuff like that. *

rn im trying to document and see if all i want to include is accurate and logical, as well as making sure its not too far stretched.

The main thing i wanna keep tho, is about him seeing the horror and mass wars/killing of colonies who trade/engage with xenos, accept anyone/don't believe in the emperor or in the imperium, also some chapters that don't really care, do mass of civilians casulties, not caring and going un punished. He got so disgusted by all of it so bad he vowed revenge on it and to make the Imperium Fall, and start anew. He isn't absolutely gud, but ig that sums it up, i got alot of explanations for why he looks like that and diff details but i'l write them if anyone wants more about it lol. Hope that wasnt too much of a pain to read if its terribly inacurate, its a big WIP atm and everything can change

TLDR : Salamander saw the bad things the Imperium and uncaring space marines did to civilians and non believers, and he's having none of that

Vay had a skull like tatts, while Sauri got fangs, nose, small eyes over eyebrows and another pair of eyes on her eyelids
Vayron's face was supposed to resemble human skull (bofore she lost her jaw it was visible more lol) and Sauri's are suposed to look kinda like a tyranid kind of beast (since she loves biology of the lizardbugs and wishes to study it as best as possible in the future)
