However the salamanders never stop being a part of their society, so does that mean they are more mature than the other chapters? Could this also be the reason why they have slower reaction time than the other chapters? While other act on impulse or just don’t stop to consider collateral damage or consequences for their actions the salamanders do stop to consider casualties and collateral damage.
