Brotherhood managed to settle the Elder Crisis by backing MacNamara and have reinforced their position by taking all the approaches to Hidden Valley and fortified their positions.

The Khans have managed to secure a lot of territory around Red Rock and due to making a deal with House have been given a unit of Securitrons which they used to conquer Vault 19 and I think they're now gathering forces to try and conquer South Vegas from the Fiends. (Papa Khan also found a Fatman)

House was able to secure the Platinum Chip in the Lucky 38 by dealing with the Khans and getting them to betray Benny.

NCR on the other hand have had a string of bad luck, they had early success securing Primm and establishing it as NCR territory but it's been a series of losses since then, failed to establish a position in Freeside, failed to stop Legion advances in the South and also faced a string of sabotages in the North that forced them to abandon Bitter Springs.
