For a proper start, Kal Jerico omnibus. Kal Jerico is the coolest guy ever. Its old and is back when Munda was a little more Wild West but it still holds up.

For House Cawdor, start with Outlander (Which is in Necromunda Omnibus 2), again its from the 2000s but its still quite good. Then in the (also old) Status: Deadzone short story anthology there's a Cawdor focused story and another one that features them heavily but not them alone.

Road to Redemption and Fire Made Flesh are the newest books that have a Cawdor focus, so they are better for the "current" vibe of Necromunda but I do suggest you start with older regardless. Both of them are pretty okay
