The main idea of the IRS religion (don't have a name yet).

Is simple.

You see God actually intended humanity to pay a tax to use the bountiful nature of Earth.

The problem is that we refused to pay it.

The resources ran dry as a result

And eventually God punished humanity by ruining the Earth (AKA Great War)

The IRS wants to amend this by collecting the interest we owe
