One of the marines from my warband is possessed by a daemon from an unknown origin
It says it follows none of the major gods and its "patron" is just its own thing all together. He thinks the daemon is lying obviously but some times he second guesses himself because the daemon actually doesn't act like a chaos daemon... It's not as blood thirsty as a Khorne daemon, it doesn't seek excess, it doesn't plot like Tzeentch and it isn't mutable like Nurgle

However it is very brutal and extremely "dark", with a big desire to just feed itself on the suffering on its victims and not the original host of the body

It's pretty symbiont like with the marine itself but it can be very presence dominant when it gets angered

And they're notably decreasing in power. Constantly being zapped of their power and beaten by... themselves. Never having enough power to successfully fight back.

The "better" part of Khorne would be represented by a tired indistinct generic guardsman. The concept of fighting for what you believe in. Whether it's for country, your leader, or your family.

The "better" part of Slaanesh would outright be the Silver Knight. Who is kinda delusional because they think themselves as separate. A chivalrous Knight with an artistic streak would be the personality I pick. With a distinctly androgynous voice and their body is covered by their armor.

The "better" part of Nurgle would be a patient fellow. One who is basically a gardener. Like... an actual gardener.

Similar to how a tree falling would create an ecosystem on its own. He would maintain what's basically a section of garden himself. He would mainly maintain fungi and other less common plants. But they would be beautiful on their own.

And finally the "better" part of Tzeentch. Scheming against himself to sabotage his own plans so that they don't come to fruition. For the good of all.

But of course, Tzeentch is using him to keep the game going. He knows this, for he is also Tzeentch.

But because he is Tzeentch. He can't help but continue to plan. In some vain attempt to at least keep himself under control. He knows it's pointless. But he can't help but hope.
