There's lots of versions of the tabletop game, some that are much simpler compared to the main one. If you're interested I recommend starting with kill team. Its smaller scale and easier to understand

HAPPY to share that with you. Insanely affordable. In USD, as you can see, the entire gang is cheaper than a single Space marine unit. That single gang set gets you a fully ready-to-play gang with a Leader mini and all. 53 USD is standard for every gang. Fully playable as sold.

The upgrade sprues of optional bits and bobs are generally 32 bucks. Off the top of my head, there's an old Escher upgrade kit thats 39ish?

Every gang also has at least one kit of "specialist" troops (Escher example shown here) thats the same price as the base kit. These are optional but really nice to have for a nice-looking gang. (Although from anecdotal experience Necromunda players dont hold fast to the rule of "What You See Is What You Get")
