My Guard army is made up of three regiments from each of the main worlds, one of them the Nemain Scargivers have developed a stable mutation due to living on a heavily polluted Forge World that has made them unable to feel pain, this has caused their culture to regularly engage in ritual scarification on themselves and also causes them to be heavily interested in torture on captured prisoners since they literally can't understand why the their victims are screaming while being cut.

Ive talked about this a couple of times, but I do have a decent idea for a Deathguard warband where all members have their necks and spines have grown to such lengths that their heads tower over their own bodies, as well as growing multiple heads and spines.

They're considered outcasts even by other DG due to how debilitating the disease is and how theres only a limited amount of time that they live before it progresses to death. That said, they're very welcoming to those that also got infected by their disease.

Ye when the Admech first surveyed the planet they found lots of rare ores and a native population of feral humans, they claimed the planet for the minerals and didn't report the native population because they intended to purge them before anyone came to check if their reports were true but then they found that they had their mutation and got invested in researching it and decided instead to basically be so helpful with supplying the other planets with weapons & Equipment, giving them such a good deal that no one would investigate them for fear of losing it.
