• Local human group
• Pledged to a Chaos God
• Get access to their old already accessible gear
• Get benefits from their Patron god

For example:
Khornate Enforcers

• Bringing in Enforcers and Prisonners/Convicts
• Standard look differ from the Scab but still sport a lot of armour, for further differenciation, bringing in Corpse Grinder parts
• Shooter and Gunner being rarer, shooting less, but having stronger guns
• Grenadier using Suppression grenades
• Flamer being replaced by shock lances

Monster being:
Sanctioner Automaton (2 variant, one with Man Catcher and other with Battering ram)
Greater Khorne Hound (Maybe make it biheaded)
