IIRC, there was a sister of battle book where some sisters watched children doing an reenactment of a Xenos battle, but they were given live ammo.
Sounds cool but
Bro those guys are getting shredded by plague marines

Lorewise at least
Still idk how they'd compete with other kts lmao
I got it. They would be actors, like that book for Ciaphas Cain with the five fingered t'au on the front.
New t'au and ork models, but it's just actors and orgyn.
Really thought Corvus's name was just fake latin or something
his name is literally Common Raven
Do your self a favor do not look up what Ferrus Manus means
oh I know of this one already
Ferrus Manus who translates to Iron Hand, the primarch of the Iron Hands legion who has a ship named Fist of Iron
Iron Hands of the Iron hands known for his Iron Hands who has a ship named fist of iron
Oh you beat me too it
L
I love how just absurdly dumb this is lmao
Iron Hands are my favorite loyalists for that and the combo of borged out Adam Smasher-esque Astartes with the tragic body dysmorphia allegory
Iron fetish
Original founding legions for me is uh
I think basically every primarch name is some kinds reference
huh I wonder which one is for Angron
There's definitely less than a quarter of them that aren't
This is a joke right
Iron Hands and maybe Ultramarines for being the model space marine in a funny way
If you had to ask
yes
mine are Blood Angels and Imperial Fists tbh
I'm too committed to my love of the Iron Warriors as an autistic guy to like the Imperial Fists
Dorn "nuh uh I'm retreating to my mind palace" on Khorne was pretty fun to read though
My favorites are Raven Guard and Imperial Fists tbh, probably cause of the Deathwatch omnibus
Jokes on you, Iron Warriors are my third favorite chaos legion
I am going to stab you
Esp novamarines
Athamemaxxing
Ultramarines are fun as the only sorta normal anchor lmao
Lmao
thats why I think they're kinda bland but i like em
just not that much compared to other legions
Angron when he learns his son is Khorne's actual favorite
I think they have good stuff, like the UM in Know No Fear are peak
i think at this point he doesnt care
Courage and Honour
they do have good stuff but they just dont cross my "favorite" line, i much prefer the Blood Angels and Night Lords which are my top 2 overall
I just like the constrast of a somewhat normal and comparable to real life military with the UItramarines to like
The Flesh Tearers
Ah i get that
Or Marines Malevolent mowing down a refugee camp to get invading orks
you will unironically NEVER guess my favorite blood angel chapter
they might have at least a mention in lore
Tbh marines malevolent are just evil ass pragmatism
nah if it's Flesh Tearers they're my favorite too
Like bad ultras
nope. Charnel Guard.
Flesh Tearers are a close win tho
Shout out to the Blood Angels successors that are one bad day from ripping a High Lord's head off and painting their armor black for Abaddon, gotta be one of my favorite 40k tropes
their symbol is so peak
they're like
one of the few BA chapters that actually leans into the vampiric themes
they mf pretty much sleep in coffins when not in campaigns lol
Zamn
Think I sorta like the Ultramarines as a contrast foil to that lmao
Thinking of Titus looking at a Charnal Guard back up rising from a stasis coffin like
"Oh no the emo kids woke up"
Red and black is the best color combo known to man
they're a blood angel chapter that actually leans into gothic vampire content? SIGN ME THE FUCK IN.
I like the Ultramarines and Word Bearers because of their generalism and practicality, they can do anything, yeah they aren't the best and other legions can also do everything but they are the best at doing everything + actual empirebuilding
I want a short story of a boring vanilla Ultramarine working with a chapter like that and being like "man what the fuck did Guilliman's brothers get up to for this happen"
i like these mfs so much
that Night Lord OC has a mix-geneseed with them lol
dark mechanicum biologis mixed a Night Lord genes with that of a BA marine which was from the chernel guard

my future Iron Warrior OC will just accept that as well
A real 40k fan makes up their own chapter
i did once
then after a while i was like "this kinda sucks" and deleted them
and now im doing a homebrew warband
does that count?
Only idea I have is a Black Legion warband of a former Iron Warriors who has to wrangle and keep in line a bunch of maniacs
lmfao
Oh spill the tea on em
I thought it be a fun gimmick for a jaded Heresy veteran having to manage hot headed loyalists who finally ditched the corpse emperor vs his veteran guys who hate their guts
Chapter of unknown founding; they were almost wiped out of existence but were saved last second by some Inquisitor and reinforcements
as an old ritual, they swore an oath to be the Inquisitor's protector until they also managed to save her from certain death- until that moment came and the Inquisitor died after a lone "weird" tyranid managed to split itself from the hive fleet into their ship. The tyranid was stranger than normal and managed to mutate and adapt to the ships enviroment eventually killing the Inquisitor and severely wounding the chapter master and killing basically half of the chapter, who then swore revenge on the tyranid (who after killed was brought back by the hivemind with scars and stuff like that)
their name were the Oathkeepers

Hey are there any Chinese shows and moviesthat are good
A fun idea I had for an Ork waaaagh was a feud with the World Eaters after they captured, tortured, and thoroughly broke down an aspiring champion but I dunno how to write it properly
I just made a chapter based on an obscure JRPG and a funny concept of a chapter being founded just to get a single planet to get its shit together
Many, yes
Is the Wolf Warrior movie actually any good? I've been wanting to watch it for a few years
If you like action movies, ye
China has a ton of good action
They basically invented the martial arts movie, so
I mean its not Citizen Kane
But its exactly what you expect
Which is good action
Wandering Earth is a genuinely fantastic sci-fi also
Any suggestions? I like character focused stuf
Try Raise The Red Lantern, its like internationally recognized as a great movie
Lol
Angways imma go sleep now chat
Ooooo oka
Ok so I get the joke of IW carrying the heresy
But what actually happened

I get they were still instrumental I just forget how much they actually did
Joke?
They were the only Traitor Legion that wasnt going fuckass crazy, losing more than they won, being too busy trying to summon daemons by throwing shit at the wall to see what sticks, or all of the above
Basically the entire Siege of Terra was every other Traitor Legion getting slaughtered, hard-countered, and deserting to go rip babies in half. And then the IW would make actual progress. Then the second they say "Fuck this I'm out" and leave the Traitors instantly buckle to the point Horus has to bait Big E to his ship to have a chance
Sons of Horus got baited by Rogal Dorn thinking 5 steps ahead (And Sigismund being one of sword guys ever), Angron got TKO'd by Sanguinius, Morty got banished by the Khan, and Horus was fent-leaning and seething for most of the siege
Oh and the Emperors Children just wandered off to grind civilians into cocaine
Call it a hunch, but I think IW are one of your favorite legions lol
But yeah I get the picture now
I'm a Night Lords fan. Almost all of em didnt even bother showing up to Terra at all
The IW really did just carry that hard
When you hear they carried, they pretty much carried the Siege. Horus was still Horus for the most part
Its just that by the time they're at Terra, everyones fuckin lost it
Fwiw the reason the Siege went the way it did was because the Night Lords pinned down the Dark Angels for a long time across the whole galaxy
Also Lorgar deserves credit for the early Traitor-sided conflict and basically keeping the Ultramarines a non-factor for the majority of the war
I got flashbaged by your fucking profile frame again
Nah we and the SoH carried it, at least before Terra imo
The ruinstorm prevented three massive legions from being useful alot of the time
But the IW did good work
And the DG too
The Alpha Legion carried both sides, you just haven't heard of it😎
Alpha legions werent even in the siege were they?
Maybe they were, maybe they weren't
But they were there, rogal Dorn Killed Alpharius, or Omegon
That was in solar wars in the sol system no?
Oof I don't know. I just know it was during the heresy, and I'm certain they had agents during the siege, but tbh, I couldn't slog my way through the siege books
Im only about a handful of books in HH myself ngl
I got maybe 25% done in HH
8 books to go just to get the entire story

Nice
I pick and choice, I like the world eater books. Kharn is awesome, and I like the shiplady
Forgot her name
Only read angron's 30k book so i got his perspective into HH
Never did understood Angron until i read it
He had every right to be a traitor lmao
Fulgrim's as well was pretty good
The renegades book "Harrowmaster" is also very cool if you want more modern Alpha Legion
Yeah I've heard stories about that Angron was supposed to be the healer, he is very emphatic and the butcher nails really did him dirty
Oh it has like zero call backs. It's mostly about alpha legion dudes learning there are Primaris now
Probly finish the ones on my list first
Absolutely
That's just fan lore
Oh
Well currently he is kind of written as the Gladiator-ish type
hard to say what he could've been without the nails
Maybe paladin type
Well currently he is written as the dude that benchpressed an imperial Knight or a Titan, I forgot
He is pretty strong, currently i think it was only Horus who was able to manage to beat him up
omegon alpharius was killed by rogal dorn at the battle of pluto
no alpha legion fought at the siege, they were supposed to but i didnt pan out
perturabo
AL informed the scars and sabotaged the rg, that and alaxxes nebula and pluto was their main contribution
they didnt really contribute fully to either side
Like to read that
and they were killing each other too
slaves to darkness
Havent gotten far in books yet so taking it slow
nice
its a good book
thats basically the list i followed + aurelian, mark of calth and few others
Betrayer is good
TFH, KNF and Betrayer are some of the best of the heresy
Uh kinda
Its like a book about the word bearers' fall
There is some from lorgar perspective and some from argel tal's and the blessed lady too
Its good
Aurelian is more of purely lorgar's perspective
Liked to see WB's perspective honestly
Their kinda famous for traitor legion but alot of peeps just like to shit on erebus for some reason
Only got maybe the gist of the story in youtube lore videos but not the whole ones tbh
Hey no erebus no 40k
I mean yeh i was about to say
The story is pretty good rn becuz of all the shit that happened
Yeap, he made the setting exist so to speak
Who was it again that though killing Karn's best friend was a good idea, and then accepted a dual to the death?
If we didnt get the scattering of primarchs i doubht they would be as interesting as they are rn
Erebus
He was based like that, wouldnt wuss out of it
Not really
If there was no Erebus
So no chaos marines is a small thing?

Chaos marines would happen anyway, just not that big
The imperium would be unbelievably stronger
How
And the chaos gods would predate on the guard primarily instead
wasnt the imperium close to winning the galaxy if HH didnt happen?
Well they already do
It is said as much in Scars
The Guard falls much easier than astartes
"Hey dude you're about to die, want to like, not do that?"
"PLEASE"
"Sure, just do x for me after you're done"
There are loads of lost and damned guard regiments compared to astartes hereticus
Khan's book yeh nothing could stop them
But then Horus Heresy happened
The warp was about to be closed by Big E wasnt it?
Chaos needs a conduit, it wouldnt have just appeared if horus didnt fall
That's why the warp damage and daemon summoning is needed
The heresy was really good for them but cults will appear everywhere
Yes but if chaos could simply manifest when the warp is stable there would be no imperium
Its why the psychic awakening was so bad
This much is true, but with no heresy and 18 loyal legions these can be easily stamped out
Not to mention the potential success of the imperial webway project
And the reason I say ultimately minor is because you can summarize it to 3 sentences and be totally fine for knowing 40k
Well yeah but there would be no 40k
The Imperium would just win 30k
18 legions that also gave to fight all of the hostile xenos and generic imperial unrest
The imperium would never succeed at such scale
With a God Emperor actively leading them
They would just eat themselves alive anyway
They were about done, Ilya Ravallion says there was no more xenos to threaten them
Such is the nature of facism
Uh huh
Yeah
Totally
I mean it does now, but with the primarchs still active not so much
Entire sleeping civ of previous galaxy owners:
Other previous civ of galaxy owners:
Hyperpredatory swarm species:
The nature of the Imperium now can be debated but then id argue it was an absolute monarchy instead of a fascist system
They did make it sound pretty close that the webway was the about to be complete
complete independent from the warp was Big E's plan to starve them out wasnt it?
Potato potato
Well they werent aware of those, in 30k they wereny relevant yet
They still existed
In fact if there was no heresy there is chance the tyranids dont come
Because the Pharos is never overloaded
Timescale would just be different
Way later in any case
Yeap, using the webway is much safer than warp travel
(It wouldn't work)
I havent read any Tyrannid lore so far
but i did hear they only started coming in after the events of Dantioch's machine exploding (i forgot)
That the nids caught it up and slowly entered the galaxy
The crons awakening would be much easier to deal with since chaos would be a minor threat
It was almost working in Master of Mankind, who knows
They're still the necrons
Even the Aeldari qere impressed
They get overwhelmed
There will be no new among them, whilst humanity grows as Oltyx says
They have so many wmds that they just don't use cause it would destroy too much stuff
That would be something to see
Big E still alive with 18 primarchs and a united Imperium Vs Necrons
Not all at once
Yeah, within a year or so
Close enough
They could just decapitate the imperium if they felt like it
Like it would destroy a lot, but an Imperium with 18 primarchs is a differeny beast
Not really
You're also ignoring the fact that the imperium has to constantly deal with its internal unrest
They also dont all wake up at once
It does yeah
But usually the Imperial Army was handling that
Use stellar orrery or whatever
Blow up Sol
Win
How to get into position is the issue
VIIth, VIth and XVth Legions nearby
Necrons are silly like that
yeah so the necrons just has access to this super weapon
If they genuinely wanted to they can just supernova away the imperium but they don't
Tbh not surprised
They could if they wanted
Its crons
They just don't because they want to actually own the planets
Yeah its their galaxy after all
And because it would end the setting real quick
True enough
Also
You act like the primarchs wouldn't succeed from the imperium naturally without the influence of chaos
They could but its much less likely
Because a pretty solid number of them would leave the imperium eventually anyway
Maybe Mortarion would?
Because uhhhh
Facism Bad™
Angron
Eh i still dont consider them fascist from the eco definition, but yeah they were worse than fascism imo
Didnt the Emperor tried to fix angron but even him couldnt?
They couldn't it was eating his brain
Yeah him and Arkhan Land
It didnt work
The emperor is the most powerful biomancer alive he could just snap his fingers
Yeh fckin land didnt do shit
Not really, at least not without killing him
But they have to have angron fall to chaos somehow
And not including warp fuckery i rexkon szeras is better at biomancy than him
He can literally revive people from death
They could also just
So angron woild have to die
Go get a haemonculous or something and have them do it
His cerebral cortex was gone
There is probly a gimmick to it
Taking the nails out means he dies
Even if the nails were removed Angron's brain would've been destroyed with it
Then just make one
Well brain transplants dont work because
The nails killing him is literally arbitrary plot stuff
Well tbf its a primarch brain also which was he cant make anymore afaik right?
He can just puppet the body until its done
Not without going to molech again
Man this is why the heresy should've been like 3 books how it was supposed to have been
I dont think so, if the person is dead
It adds so much bs
Just don't let the body die
I kinda do like HH tho im not that deep into it yet
The rest of my lore is from lore vids xd
I mean growing a brain is another monster now
Im like 8 books in warhammer 40k
Ok
Without the primarch's soul
They do it all the time
Would he just be a simpleton?
Primarchs are beyond man
Warp essence or smth
He already is but we'll disregard that
The deal on molech and all
He does have intellect
Like the time he told a codicier he is murderous out of spite to the emperor iirc
Because worlds gained in ultrasuplexviolence arent very compliant in the long term
This is just rotting my brain
I hate marineslop

I wish we were all crons
Horus heresy could've been 3 books
Or you know
1 paragraph
Like it was for several editions
It is not that important to the setting
It was becoz people wanted shit on all legions, and on mechanium and shit
So they kept makin em
For the monie
Yeah I know why
Its just annoying
Because despite it having 80 morbillion books like 2 of them are relevant to the modern setting
I think at least the WB books are relevant to what the hell we becamr
Didnt read much else save core stuff
So cant really comment on that
Became more interesting

Defo
How would he make one
I love Eldar
Psyker shit
💀
Biomancy, Divination
Like one of the most powerful "human" Psyker, can't see the past version of a brain, and use biomancy to reconstruct the brain
Which would only be possible if the nails were removed, which would kill angron, and who knows if the emperor is a necromancer.
I haven’t read all the heresy books but I’ve never seen him bring the dead back to life
Again
Psyker shit
There is a load of powers that aren't even accessed by players
And there is already some that will just keep a dying from the door of death
At the point when a brain has been completely removed what is there to keep alive?
Now if we’re talking healing regrowing angrons old brain then maybe. But a brain transplant and bringing angron back to life is a bit far fetched imo.
But at the point of a full brain transplant is it really still angron or just a new primarch wearing his skin?
Yeah this is the most weirdest excuse people use
"Oh the nails would kill him"
So literal brain wires are superior to one of the most powerful psykers' abilities who can delete literal armies with a wave of his hands? Make it make sense lmao
Yeah but the reasoning is "oh its DAOT tech"
says to the man who can literally biomancy his entire appearance
again just lazy writing
Angron is the epitome of plot contrivance
I could argue that with the nails in, is it really angron or just a puppet for the nails?
Yes of course it is a puppet
yes
All of the Primarch were meant to be puppets, just beacons through which the Emperor would project his influence and power.
Just like the Deamons of the Chaos Gods
Alot of the traitor primarchs are
Angron is probably ironically THE most understandable one
the others are just "WAH WAH WAH"
Angron is my favourite one and I still think he's a brainlet
Waa waa die with honour in combat. Brother if you want to die in combat just throw yourself at the emperor after asking for an audience
He crash landed into a world he immediately got enslaved and he got mechanical implants pierced into his brain and his only family when he decided on a revolution was killed right in front of him yeah it doesn't make the nicest person I reckon
Konrad has paranoid schizophrenia and delusions leave him alone

Are there any undiscovered technological advanced species in 40k? or any stories about lost megastructures created by these beings discovered by IoM or other major factions?
Theres piles of "Undiscovered tech or structure" all over the galaxy
It depends.
THe Old Ones ?
40K exists to make any homebrew you want, the answer is "yes".
"advanced alien ruins" is like one of the most used sci-fi tropes lol
hwat for
I wanna get some AoS khorne infantry models
But I have paralysis since ive heard theres rumors for a big refresh at the end of 4th edition
(I dont remember how many hears AoS has left for 4th)
Was gonna get some blood warriors/wrathmongers
@arctic talon
Personally I like Peter Turbo the most cause you just see how far perfectionism, nihilism and pride take that man as he grows more and more embittered
Bro literally sees the flaws in everything
Probably.
Slopmarchs.
I dunno man, I think Angron might win that one
Not because he’s good, but because E is a bitch
slop on the cob
I wonder if it would make sense to do a 40k verison of this, but it's a knight pilot instead and they're just carrying ranged weapons from his knight.
Kinda reminds me of the Triumph of Saint Katherine
But make more match with some Admech with some of their Ordinatus
This is my favorite the old world model concept
I wish cities of sigmar had something similar, but it isn’t impossible to kitbash
A maybe more fitting take of that could be:
Dreadnought wreck being held aloft by Chapter Serf, with the 3/4 dead SM being only able to pull the trigger of the gun it is attached to
I could see there being a sisters of battle unit like this
I forgot that existed.
The Triumph of Saint Katherine lol
There is, I forgot about it.
Time flies. It's a 5/6 year old model now.
Covid has made time keeping so difficult tbf
Yeah.
Are the EC models still considered new?
Yes
Yeah, I don't think it's been a year yet since they were shown.

%00 Worlds may be all about Captain Titus and his Ultramarines, but there's a sneaky little reveal at the back of the book - The Lion is in Ultramar, and he's looking for his brother!

your husband
primarch brothers meeting soon???
Already watched it in the morning.
Too slow, haha

Yeah, that's a good angle on it. Maybe have servitors carry it.
Wait the Lion is back? So there are now 2 loyal primarchs running around?
it was the 9th edition end event, him and Angron returning
Then again, I don't particularly read a lot of dark angels. I did read about Cypher, and I like him a lot
The Lion novel that was released a while after he was revealed to return was an absolute gem
I thought angron was always around, or was that when he went after Ol' Bayleye
Guess who's back, back again
quite so
What's it called? I might be able to read it, if it's interesting
Ah okay, thanks for the advice

The aero smth books are also surprisingly good reads
aeronautica, yeah. I've heard they're very very good but I've yet to read/listen them
they're on the list though
Aw man whats wrong with it
Holy shit that's a bright info page
Yeah its more accurate to break the Heresy into phases, and the first 75% of the Heresy would be the SoH and Word Bearers
I wonder if the Ravenwing will get an update.
Yep big agree
Sammael love never
Word Bearers cut off most of the fighting-strength loyalists, SoH kick everyones ass from Istvaan to Terra, Night Lords troll the Dark Angels hard. Then Terra humbles everyone but the Iron Warriors and is basically the only guy that can form a coherent thought anyway
Yep, and also credits to Morty for being the stable competent hand first at Istvaan V/Molech and then after Perty left Terra
I do like the Great Crusade and Heresy gimmick of the Death Guard being total scorched earth, no weapons are off limits warfare
Not to mention the emperor lived through the DAOT and the Men of Gold, probably as a scientist in both eras lol
I love phosphex for being considered bad news even by the standards of 30k and 40k lmao
They should reveal that the men of iron are the emperors fault
The DG are ultrabased for spamming it +10 purity seals
Eh it would be a little emperor centric imo
tries to defear chaos with souless machines
forgot that terminator movie he watched 20000 years ago
He was supposed to be on the down low before the unification
Forgot the message of the kid saving the world by lying to the terminator cop, smh
And then they created terminator armor as an eternal reminder...
I mostly think it would be funny to tack even more huge fuckups on the emperor
Termi armour was supposed to replace astartes power armour, god i wish we had 100s of thousands of lads in tartaros duking it out
"When working with serbian nationalist group the Black Hand, the emperor accidentally..."
@queen laurel Was it you who said that Eternally was really embodying Eternal's way of talking ? If so I agree with you
Ooooh no
I personally think the emperor should have a 42000 year track record of fucking up
Make him responsible for the bronze age collapse
The Emperor called over the sea people
He had the Peleset, Weshesh and Tjekker come over to fight chaos, it didnt go so well
The emperor thought it'd be a great idea to put lead pipes all over Rome
The emperor accidentally pressed the "dive" button on Atlantis
What do you require from me
No evidence of Khorne stuff being refreshed for 4e.
They already got their release wave. None of the reliable leakers have given info on any blades of Khorne stuff.
However based on how GW has done some boxes recently, I’d not buy any bloodletters
Well 5e technically or something
Didnt see anything for khul?
Cause apparently its for the end
Khul is likely up for a refresh
So just him
Ty
And honestly new blades of Khorne
Would likely blend in well
With the current range
The Emperor convinced Scipio Aemilianus to raze Carthage
Shoulda looked up bozo smh
What do we think is preorder tomorrow
Idk
I got what I wanted
Also Titus isn’t sold out yet lmao
I like the spearhead / combat patrol sized battalions, I hope they do more of them
Now I just need one for Crypteks and Canopteks lmao
sounds like a slur to me
I was tempted to get the terrain, but that price tag is ridiculous.
$250

The same price as all the models in the battalion if bought individually
What terrain?
That’s the same price as a full battalion box lmao
I think so, yes.
The KT terrain is baller af I heard someone kitbashes it into a uh…
What’s that thing called
The floating box
Monolith?
Obelisk?
Honestly, I’m surprised I pulled it off getting this
I was fully anticipating that I’d have to just get Aza’gorod instead
I wonder if this box got scalped or not
so the imperium does have their version ofcanoptek scarabs
Yeah but ours is cooler
Plus Imotekh modified some to work as homing beacons for Flayed Ones

I dont think archivids can vore entire planets
Yeah they're called cherubs
Wanna hear something funny Dilara?
they should give cherubs guns
not really

i mean its a start

Midus
The Nightbringer too
LOL
We stay winning
What was it
Just do it
Originality doesn't exist in a true way
We all copy something else one way or another
On the topic of OCs, making my pathfinder character and I’m trying to think what to add and change for the design
He’s a ghost that possessed a scarf
I’m thinking he was a paranormal investigator? Someone suggested giving him a beanie
Idea for Night Lord raptor OC who's heavily mutated, thought about jump packs are kind of limited so thought of making him animalistic came in and what animal suits Night Lords more than bats?
well not that much of an original idea since i found this instantly on pinterest
I’m gonna make the scarf even bigger
Give him a cigarette lol
Oh your hero hammer character
Idk if ghosts smoke lol
This is a ghost possessing a scarf smh
im probably still going to make it, just going to change it around a little bit
True
An issue is I have come up with a personality yet
hero hammer?
I’d say anvil of apotheosis, but that’s an AOS term
not familiar with that term
Didn't raven guard also get mutated raptors due to Alpha legion shenanigans?
Yeah and they were put down like dogs lmao
As they should
I suggest writing down a nutshell of your character idea, and if it feels too similar to something, change 1 word, then change one more word and so on until you feel like it’s original enough
Ship of Theseus ahh plan lol
Yeha lmao
I mean his story will be different but I'm just going to change around his design rather than completely bat features as mutations
Boys we got em
What’s with the dancing Obama gif lmao
bro is getting real political bribery
Thats how i was moving
Did someone say catgirls?
They're still treated unfairly and are just kept around because they some times have some use
Thats the joke.
Die.
most of the time they're getting killed

Wyd if me and the boys pull up like this
@storm jungle get naked, like, naked all the way to my atoms probably

What the fuck
They gave flayers right?
THOSE ARE NOT FLAYED ONES
No the guns that strip all the atoms
"Exposing myself to the outside" didn't sound very good either
does someone have
the clip of the Iron Within animation
of the Iron Warrior
smashing a guardsman heads in
Hahah
for doing the aquila in front of him?
its such a funny moment
i need it saved as a reaction video
I did it myself
A lil longer version
Same but tbh it was more of a backhand slap
seems like what hit the guardsman was more of his forearm than his hand
and tbh with the blood that splats i think it DID blow up his face where it landed just not his entire head
Whatever the case that’s a snapped neck
oh yeah hes dead
No i think hes ok
hes doing ok compared to these guys
goofy ass
Hes ok
I love this one so much just the non-chalant shooting
Oh yeah guardsmen have a hard time telling traitor marines from loyalists right
Unless its very obvious
Crushes one guy
Other Guardsman: must’ve been the wind
That is an IW right?
I love this setup in a novel lmao
This planet has not been in contact with the Space Marines for ages- and the only ones they knew of were the space marines who were there 10k years ago which unfortunately for them were the Iron Warrior's
They didnt know of the Heresy and when they called reinforcements
they showed up
The Lords of Excess book where the Emperor's Children bullshit the Imperial Nobles had me laughing, I love it
The ONLY reason they showed up is because the leader we see leading the assault was taken from this planet
Yes
To be fair, they were shooting the Dark Eldars that were invading the planet so they might've been thinking the noises were something else
EC MFS are master trolls genuinely
In another timeline they would've been Tzeentch

Peripheral vision says otherwise lmao
Context of the show is that the Dark Eldars were doing multiple night raids troughout weeks or months and kidnapping people and stuff
safe to say these guys were exhausted
By superfeyn
The freaky T'au died doing what she loved...
Being eaten out by her Kroot GF
ba dum tss
Way better with the previous comics of them interacting together
makes it more impactful
sad death

Genuinely fascinating given that Xenos perspectives are always interesting
So of course there would be something like this
unless I'm mistaken isn't it a huge taboo for the kroot to eat a tau like that
Double tragic
This
The Kroot is confirmed alive, with Mara and the Old Water Caste guy.
So I wonder what happened
funnily enough I bought the Developers Digital Pack for the Dark Heresy game
and i still havbent played the play test
Is it possible for a Deathmark to become a mercenary?
I can't imagine being the Kroot's lawyer ngl
"Your Ethereal honor. My client is innocent for she consented to be eaten."
anything is possible if you make enough excuses for it
yeah literally this
plus with previous context of their relationship
makes for a beautiful death
Still would be awkward as hell in the court room though
Well provided that the Kroot didn't just lie and say that she is MIA
Or blew up by a grenade
Like genuinely it would be easy to hide given that it's during a battle
All the Kroot gotta do is not accidentally swallow the dogtags

i mean in the middle of the battlefield where no one is close to know what happened
who cares
Not really no
Necrons are oathbound
theres no "mercenary" work for them
Yeah and Deathmarks are extremely loyal to their dynasty
rip the idea for a Necron Deathmark fighting as a mercenary for a Rogue Trader lol
helps that they are complete creeps so they cant exactly be swayed
the only ""free"" necrons are the triarch praetorians
who are like nomadic judges that travel in-between dynasties
and sometimes even primitive human cultures
I mean unless you do some wack ass logic and have a dynasty or tomb world form an alliance with a Rogue Trader and the Overlord leases them a Deathmark
But good fucking luck doing that
That would only be possible if a "nice" Phaeron or Phaerakh wished it so
Stupid question
Has anybody tried to take control of a Necron Soldier?
Use it as their own personal terminator?
You cant.
necron tech is so advanced its basically magic
Figures
Your best option is Zandrekh as long as you keep a safe distance from Obyron lmao
Nah you can just homebrew
True
bro why the fuck is larian so adamant on AI usage for concept art they just refuse to not use it lmfao
Speaking of can a Cryptek overthrow an Overlord and take over a Tomb world?
Everyone is AI
including you
Yes.
They'd need a really good reason for it
but its possible
im the jacking bot
remember that Imotekh basically did the entire thing
Overlord getting in the way of their experiments or studies
Some people just wanna graft themselves to a Canoptek Spyder to see what happens
Remember that crypteks are super-scientists that you need to keep appeased
or fearful of you so that they dont get ideas
Meanwhile Orikan and Szeras are just “fuck off I’m working”
Bruh-

Kinda.
Both still appease their masters
Szeras needs a lord or he cant get subjects and materials
Orikan does the same, hes just slippery
Actually yeah isn’t Orikan scared of Imotekh?
Almost every Necron is tmk
Is there such thing as a rogue cryptek
Or again
Impossible
Possible but would be iffy.
Necrons are really huge on loyalty
you being a "rogue" cryptek would have you be extremely criticized and looked down on
oh my god
Nah
Egyptian too goated
Daimyo Nobunagekh
Maori then
no
NobunaTEKH
Even though they're millions of years old, they're not immune to Place, Japan.
white people need to come up with any culture to ruin i swear
no
I'm not even white
I'm Chinese which makes it worse
same thing

I ruin ALL cultures smh, even Scandinavian….
Viking Necrons…
Chinese Dynasty would also go hard
Go on...
no
people be like
"I got a totall cool homebrew idea"
Just uses Samurai, Vikings or Knights
In reality tho what sort of accents would they speak with?
Teutonic necrons
Honestly surprised we haven't done a Scottish themed Imperial Knight Dynasty
Cause Russian does not feel right for them
Im gonna throw up
Gibberish
It exists
Given that it's Necrons
Mostly
"..."

Do I pass the vibe-check for not using any of these for my homebrew ideas?
For now.
yup stealing that
i was looking for mutation ideas for my OC and holy fucking shit look at what i found
Wow dude, take it easy on the stimms
Nuh uh

Hah I'm not like them.
I use Ninjas >:3
Japan
Japan
Ok, but what if SM Swiss Guard.
Whole aspect is trading out SM to the Ecclesiarchy as Bodyguard for Bishops and such
But they're not religious/faithful, they're just doing it for thebmoney
Space marines and money?
mine is mostly based off stuff i like outside of nations
such as transformers and other factions from other settings
some times i just copy multiple characteristics from already existing stuff in 40k
Great idea and one we KIDNA got with Mentors.
But in their case they send out 1-2 Marines to act as military helpers and advisors.
so your idea ironically isnt that far fetched lol

I love this image so much
More like
Slop
Thats why I use Khazars, Irish Celts, and the vague idea of Belgium
"Belgium."
Mmm. Waffles.
Would if I could, boo...
All I got is crummy hospital sandwiches and shots of apple juice.
Your fursona nose looks like it glows
Yuck
Are you a nurse
Oh, it ain't my fursona.
Just a character I like.
Infectious smile.
I'm one of the hospital grunts. I get to move the sick, the whiney, the dying, and the dead. And equipment.
Oh neat
Dimmi by Dimwitdog.
Irl medicae worker
Again this artist lmao
It's fun. Tough.
But good work.
I will keep whining until my team is paid more than the concierge dorks and the easygoing Supply Chain grunts...
But what can ya' do?
$22/hr without benifits?
People might fiend for it.
But.
I get paid less than the front desk folk and the peaceful supply fellas despite being up against infections, wounds, meth-heads, and drunks.
So.
Y'know.
I have something to complain about.
Yikes that sounds like you need a union
Malicious, malevolent aura.
We have one...
I'm grateful they got us quarterly raises, but...
It's veeerrryyy slllooowww.
More mischievous and joyful to me, but yeah.
You can just do multiple nobodys gonna hurt you
I have space in my heart for one faction at a time
I don't double dip
Expand it
Expanding my heart only expands my love for the factions within it 🙏
u should throw everything out to make space for IG
ÜberCharge-style.
i saw this the other day
and its probably the screen Guilliman has to deal every day
him and Robert would share a cup of coffee in the morging with the same tired expression
putting a great character like Robert Robertson III in the same sentence as Guilliman makes me wanna vomit

40k Dispatch please, basically just play as Rannick
that arleady exists
its called the Tabletop
also trying to get your friends to play a game

I think you should have more fun and whimsy in your life
👎
Slopmarchs = Bad
fun and whimsy
sadness and despair
I got some bullet points made for a Necron character, mind if I send them to make sure it’s lore accurate?
i cant wait for dorn to come back and defend terra again
But like actual 40k Dispatch, playing a Munitorum clerk in the Inquisition having to assign units to different missions
you have a lo of those
The Council is waiting
- Fights as both an underhanded ambusher and honorable duelist
- Skilled duelist but not above using dirty tricks mid duel.
- Experimented with his own Necrodermis body, grafting Hexmark arms to himself for hidden guns
- Despises the weakness of inferior organic species, slowly succumbing to the Destroyer Curse
- An avid devotee of Imotekh, his dynasty swore loyalty to the Sautekhs.
- Always has by his side a unit of Warscythe wielding Lychgard that match his aggression and charge alongside him, using his translocation shroud to always be nearby.
- Enjoys being seen as an icon of dread and terror toward humanity, often leaving one human alive to spread his name further.
- Repulsed at the idea of reverse bio transference, will actively sabotage any progress made in the studies of it.
Is this lore accurate at all
Is this a Phaeron
Nemesor
I’d assume so
So if they’re not a Phaeron it would have to be their tomb world
Not a dynasty
^
He’s not the leader of the dynasty, but he’s still a part of the dynasty
A lot of these bulletpoints are pretty standard necron stuff
Like how Zahndrekh is still a member of the Sautekh dynasty
first time i've seen somebody pitch a character here that isnt a space marine or human
Honestly the main one I was wondering was the grafting Hexmark arms to himself
idk if that’s even possible in lore but given how Necrodermis works surely it’s possible
Why would he need to do that.
just have him have advanced tech that does the same thing
you can literally do anything with necron tech
One because more arms is funny
Two it helps further explain his descent into Destroyer insanity
I mean
By actively using Destroyer tech
Destroyers dont raelly have special tech
its literally just gauss/melee weapons
you can have him just have those
Yeah but it seems any tech they do use can be contaminated
based on what I read in The Infinite and the Divine so far
Yeah so it being a hexmark thing isnt really needed
you can just have him have multiple arms lol
Fair enough lol
But yeah this guy is meant to be my take on a 40K lore accurate General Grievous
Ah so the dynasty is loyal to imotekh, unrelated to his own stuff
yeah was gonna say lol
make him look freaky with like 6 arms
Hence the Nemesor title
I can’t do Necron names well so I just went with Grievekh lmao
sounds Necron enough
Reset the grevious necron oc clock/j
Yeah, but he himself is fanatical about how much he looks up to and respect Imotekh
is that a common thing wolf
Nemesor Grievekh checks out as a Necron name tbh

Yes
nemesor sounds like eversor
In my defense I didn’t make Grievous in 40K I made a Necron who operates similar to Grievous

Nemesor is an anctual inlore Necron title
I went the other way around
i didnt take you as a necron enjoyer
do you know how to get bitches
But yeah I like the idea of him slowly going more and more insane but in exchange becoming more and more dangerous because he’s becoming a destroyer
becoming almost gluttonous to the idea of being a nightmare over humanity
you know, i havent even thought about the idea of a necron who just really wants to kill all humans and just goes around killing everybody
Tbf that’s just a Destroyer lol
would be pretty scary to come accross that in an underhive
Jay do you like
know any lore at all
