Those that are good enough to be recruited by the Inquisition are a lot better than the average.

If you talk lore wise, you don't really kill the monstrosity by stabbing them with regular weapons like you could in game. You need more powerful weapons. The gangers in game get recoiless rifle/rocket launcher, which is a high tier weapon in lore, like how Vet gets plasma gun.

There is an ogryn psyker - "Cassia" (attendant of Ordo Xenos Lord Inquisitor Tytonida Nebaszinar Falx.[Ghazghkull Thraka: Prophet of the Waaagh! (Novel)]).
Since the Imperial Cult states that it is not possible for an ogryn to be a psyker, her unit's commissar was expected to execute her upon discovering her abilities, instead he reported them to Lord Inquisitor Falx (to whom he owed a favour).

I presume the Imperial Cult likewise holds that ogryn are unintelligent by nature, so would a commissar be expected to execute an ogryn for defying this assumption?
