Most followers quickly get stuck in the equivalent of a dead end job. Pointlessly hoping for a promotion into a Daemon prince that will never come. As their very souls waste away for the promises of freedom to become their own person. Only to become a slave to an entirely bigger entity.

Let me give you an example;

A new book just came out a week ago called Archmagos, a youtube Short covering a scene shows a part from it where in it some chaos marines forcefully spiritually bind a very powerful demon character and this is used by the video's creator to wank/hype up the chaos marines in it showing how they can even do this to some strong being like it.

The issue is they dont cover the other bit where said demon character instantly breaks out and chides the chaos marines for even attempting such a thing.

This is what we call presenting a wrong narrative for views and clicks, which is something the 40k internet fandom does constantly and misinforms people, new fans consume these and then go and spread that misinformation to other unknowing fans even more and thus it creates a cycle of misinformation.
