Probably not. Even without the suit they have larmans cells. Usually damage has to be pretty catastrophic to kill a space Marine.
Even if the damage was bad they could a self preservation membrane that would help them survive until help arrived

I would likely incapacitate a marine after probably 30 seconds to a minute in my guess, as they can maintain their blood volume better for longer before unconsciousness, but iirc marines have a biological failsafe that lets them basically go into a coma to survive grievous wounds

Her 2 is a short range teleport that is slow and broadcasted, gets slightly longer with skill investment. It is her only form of engaging or disengaging other than, lmao, her two entire stamina bars
Her 3 is a passive, just don't let her shoot you enough to proc it when you're laning since it decays quickly
Her ult is the least tame part of her kit and the only way that she scales infnitely
It silences but you can still shoot her out of the air or take cover
Unironically Mina is so bullyable
