I THINK so?
The inquisition is as much a risk to the average citizen as the forces of Chaos and Xenos
"by November 1923, one US dollar was worth 4,210,500,000,000 marks."
It was completely and utterly worthless money, they just burnt it to keep warm from what I remember
god ubisoft makes me upset
why on earth do they still need you to run a game through uplay and bind it to a uplay account when you have it on steam
I was helping my friend, he has ac syndicate, then he bought 1 dlc, which has somehow got bound to a different ubisoft account, so he cant play the base game now because ubisoft keeps telling him to use another account to play the dlc, but then if he logs into that account he cant do anything because the basegame is bound to the first account
I have a theory there just ragebaiting now
Try to get as much profit as they can and dip
well
I just wanna solve his problem
right now hes raised a ticket and they are replying, so hopefully that works
Shit they got him in the infinity loop
or..what I thought can work is he can ask for a refund on the DLC on steam, buy it again and make sure he links it to the correct account with the basegame this time and he bought the dlc like yesterday. its still a gamble because steam can be kinda iffy with dlc refunds I guess
i dunno how they are with it, they are pretty cool with game refunds (as long as you meet the 2 very simple criteria), but i think they do dlc refunds on case by case basis
I mean that might work?
They're basically bankrupt and have a deal with tencent that injected cash into the business
GSC have a hive mind where they share info right? That’s how the cult coordinates so well
So if one sees something critical to the enemies plans, would it matter if you shoot the messenger, so to speak?
Broodmind yes.
They're not as developed as that, they still need to use the normal communication systems.
The Broodmind serve more for the Patriarch to give out orders
No army box for imperial knights thsi time
I guess they didn’t wanan sell 7 armingers
They got a Battleforce last Christmas, that's enough for them
It's more of a one way morse code receiver than a hivemind. They can receive basic instructions but can't send information.
And it got scalped to hell
Like all of the 40K Christmas battle forces
Naa, it's fine
Hell
If you can rise above others its pretty good
also like, you are a daemon, unless you get trapped in some weapon/machine you can spend literally forever fucking around doing stuff
its like being a ghost but even more evil lol
that's why being a daemon prince is such a coveted price
Thats living beings
being a daemon is kinda differnet
aren't they immortal
You gotta kill like gazillions of people to be a daemon prince
daemons are born as paranormal entities
I mean this in a sense that you can live a pretty good life by chaos standards if you become a demon Prince
yeah but it takes forever lol
You know what they say in chaos 99% of gamblers get their heads blown off by a gun before they hit it big
Yes.
I can’t remember where but I heard the life of a plague bearer is fucking hell
They're cool with it though
Oh yeah in AOS they are born from the people who died of one of nurgle s diseases
Is also the case in BF/40k
But honestly I always regarded that suspiciously
Like Plaguebearers being able to use Sick -> Deads as portal to the real space, and not being born out of it
I thought that they were born out of a LOT of people dying to plague
Like metaphysically that's where new ones come from
And then they're summoned
irrc your soul can be reborn as a plaguebearer if u succumb to one of nurgle's plague but i might just be insane
in fantasy
Idk that much about fantasy but i don't think specific people in 40k have come back as plaguebearers outside of rituals
I think the deal is like n [large number] of people die to the rot creating 1 pb
In most cases
And that suck imo
Otherwise its like ok does nurgle have 10 trillion plaguebearers lol
Isn't the reason why there currently aren't as many daemon princes as there used to be is because Sigusmund slaughtered a bunch of them at the siege of terra?
Tertium alone is bordering on a 9 figure population even if the rot got 1% that's a billion plague deaths lol
Lol what no
Daemon Princes can literally respawn later down the line
A single marine affecting the entire galactic populace of how many daemon princes can be is also like mad goofy
GW lowered the number of DP cause it just make them less special if there are loads of them
not quite
just like every special character theres unprecedented numbers of them
theres an entire mini dedicated to it
There are as many as the narrative need yes
But they're more rarely used than they have at some point
No?
Daemon Princes dont have a set number, theres billions of them as far as we know, the galaxy is huge.
If that is where you heard it from then yeah
Fans love sucking sigismund's cock

Hes a cool character and I say this as his biggest hater but like you can literally go to the lexicanum page of his now and read the things he actually did during the Siege.
“But, but, space marines brought tyranids they are the reason they came to the galaxy”
Next time someone complain about Eldar causing Slaanesh in 40k, remind them of the Tyranids being here is due to the Imperium\Space Marines
Is that actually true?
Yeah it is.
The Pharos is a pre-Imperial piece of Necron[5c] technology that is able to harness empathy to allow the user to find, communicate, or even teleport to a location they either consciously or subconsciously desired, without the use of the Warp. Instead of routing through the Warp, it connected two points directly within the Materium via quantum en...
The Pharos was discovered by Humanity on Sotha by Barabas Dantioch during the Horus Heresy and used by Roboute Guilliman as a beacon to attract scattered loyalist forces to his new empire, Imperium Secundus.[1] The Pharos became the subject of battle when the Night Lords under Krukesh discovered the nature of the device and became determined to claim it in order to find the Nightfall and Konrad Curze. In the ensuing Battle of Sotha, Dantioch overloaded the Device to defeat the traitors and its engines fell silent for the first time. Unknown to all involved, this act served to alert the Tyranids to the Galaxy.[2]
Its bright implosion was seen in the intergalactic void between galaxies where the massive armadas of hive fleets were slumbering inbetween meals before the flash was spotted and then they set course.
🫡
It's likely that at some point the Tyranids would have found the Milky Way, but they've most likely cause them to arrive much earlier
And in bigger numbers
They got the doordash pickup notification 💀
Gotta love that time Guilliman rang the dinner bell
Actually Dantioch did
Guilliman just set it on the table
Blame falls on the leader
i hope they retire mephiston soon like sigismunds dumb ass
No, he slaughtered chaos champions not daemons.
dont you loose your soul when you become one
it honestly sounds like a bad deal cause you dont even reap what you sow
a version of you thats not you gets to
There’s like
Not very many things that can kill daemon princes nevermind one marine
But he did slaughter chaos champion after chaos champion.
welp imma go eat peace
"Honestly sounds like a bad deal"
literally having killed gazillions of people to get there serving mega-hell deities

no way to go but forward I guess
If genocide is wrong then why does god reward me for it?
-Daemon Princes, probably.
does anybody else's youtube algorithm think you're a 50 year old retiree
no but my algo is actual fuckin shit now for some reasonn
Tbh its not even genocide
the same stuff just comes up all the time
oh yeah that too
especially for music
impossible to be recommended a new song you like on youtube
https://fxtwitter.com/tigernoer/status/1964063181891879352 I need to watch this movie
I had 5 more that day
Quoting Parody/Spoof/Satire Clips (@NoContextSpoof)
︀
everyone respond to this tweet with your favorite joke from The Naked Gun (The New Version)
god i need to watch this movie
Its really good
oh really? i expected the new naked gun to be really bad
i think most people did afaik
but it wouldnt be the first time a movie ended up being better than anyone expected
it's good
too short though
I knew it would be good after the trailer where they made fun of O.J. Simpson
I first saw Liam Neeson in a comedy role in Derry Girl and at that moment I was fully in for him taking those roles
so good it makes you forget how racist liam neeson is
It was an entertaining film
jk i dont think it's nearly as funny without the zucker brothers involved
||when it showed spirit Halloween I lost it.||
neeson does play a good "straight man turned comedian" though
Leslie Nielsen was in the same situation
Known for playing more classic roles (though more Love movie than action)
There such a thing as dropping titans from orbit?
Like straight from scratch? All the way up to the dough?
Not really
No, they are too important for that stuff
that's kinda how titans are deployed if you consider their big drop transports to be drop pods
It's funny. Titans are really, really big until you realise 1 macro cannon on a corvette is bigger than a Warlord
like some titans literally deploy with their repair bays
which are their own fortresses
I remember that one time a noob on SM2 was asking why there wasn’t a war hound class Titan to deal with the Hierophant in that op
Castigator being the size of the Burj Khalifa and yet its still just a spec compared to some of the smallest ships of the line
Well yeah
I do personally find it weird that Space Marines dont have Titans
we cant exactly have planet sized titans so
Way too much power.
you cannot trust that to space marines
they are very much their own entity for a reason
I mean, I guess that is the whole point
dilara you read titandeath right
does it go into detail about titan transport
Kinda, but its literally just what you know
they just drop painstakingly by dropships or bigass transports
its not really anything glamurous
Even still, a couple warehounds aren't gonna increase a chapter's overall power that much
man i wish we had art of that
It doesnt fit the way Marines operate.
A giant combat walker is still too much to give to marines
Landraider
I forgot, did the Dies Irae shoot down the remembrancer’s skiff when they were on Davin and they couldn’t identify it?
Yeah, which is a tank lol
Scout titan
I think so... 🤔
also you shouldn't be surprised at all that space craft are way bigger than titans lol
There's a cool scratch building series of a 'gamma' titan. It's currently bigger than a warlord and has the warhound style legs.
Ok so I'm confused about a thing regarding the ruinous powers. All the "gods" are based on an extreme emotion gone out of control. Khorne is perpetual anger, Slaneesh is extreme pleasures etc. ...what is Tzneetch? He's the god of change, somthing that truly is an inevitable thing in the universe...I understand that extreme rapid change is inherently chaotic but what's the emotional basis?
Which honestly just makes me wish Big E succeeded in bringing more Eldar tech to humanity
Okay, I just thought that was hilarious if that’s how Petronella died. 😂. She was so eager to see Horus in action and this would’ve been her first exposure to a battle up close. Reading that part in the book got me laughing and then I found it she survived the crash.
They're not really
oh yeah the bitch with the bodyguard?
He's the God of schemes, fate and magic
i dont think khorne is really angry he is chill we talk a lot
Yeah Maggard
Tzeentch is a God of Chaos who represents the vitality and volatility of change. Tzeentch is closely associated with sorcery and magic, as well as dynamic mutation, and grand, convoluted scheming. The domains of history, destiny, intrigue and plots are his chief interests, and in pursuit of these aspects he listens to the dreams and hopes of all...
Tzeentch is a God of Chaos who represents the vitality and volatility of change. Tzeentch is closely associated with sorcery and magic, as well as dynamic mutation, and grand, convoluted scheming. The domains of history, destiny, intrigue and plots are his chief interests, and in pursuit of these aspects he listens to the dreams and hopes of all and watches their plans take form. He is not content to merely observe, however, and chooses to interfere in the skeins of fate in order to fulfil his own, unknowably complex schemes. Tzeentch is known by an endless multitude of names, but the chief titles he bears are the Changer of the Ways, the Master of Fortune, the Great Conspirator and the Architect of Fate.[6]
yeah she sucks im glad she dies
I got a mix pack for the dough but the way I make the dough is mine. I wanna make a high hydration ratio dough one day but it’s so hard to work with
tzeentch is lowk the god of reddit powerscaling arguments i love him but he pisses me off
tzeentch is the god of chizophrenia
Khorne is just bloodshed
Slaanesh is just extremes
Nurgle is plagues and decay
Tzeentch is change.
There are common personalities for each (Berserk for Khorne, Vanity/Pride for Slaanesh, Apathy for Nurgle and Ambition for Tzeentch) but they're not their main things
In the most basic of terms: Nurgle is stagnation, Khorne is violence, Slaanesh is excess and Tzeentch is fate
I’m on the final 20 episodes of One Piece that are out currently
Based Maggard for not intervening with her death. He already pledged his allegiance to Horus, but there’s a good half of him in that part that was “y’all can miss me with that shit”
God speed trooper 🫡
Wanna know the worst part?
I started my OP journey in July

maggard could have become an interesting CSM if he didn't get killed off for the plot
Respect
It's the vagueness of their domains that makes them powerful. Any act of violence strengthens Khorne, whether its warfare or kids bullying each other.
i was actually rooting for maggard at the end
Slaanesh is excess of anything
guy had to put up with so much shit and finally gets a chance at having power
then he immediately dies
Bit of a shame
Any drive to become a Deamon Prince power Tzeentch.
But all acts will also power Slaanesh
Thats a bit of a massive generalization
it tends to start that way then hone the more you go forward
Heard it theorized they all there own goals for real space. Khorne wants perpetual violence and war, Nurgle wants everything to rot and decay, Slaneesh wants an eternal decadent party and Tzneetch wants to return the material plane to it's primordial beginnings when everything was limitless chaos but also potential.
their goals are to keep fucking with realspace with no real end plan
Am new to the lore lol
Time to read the lexi
there is no real possible timeline where they win
The Chaos Gods, also called the Dark Gods or the Ruinous Powers, are powerful beings of the psychic universe known as the Warp, created and sustained by the emotions and souls of every living being of the material universe. Although they are god-like beings, they are by their nature monomaniacal and completely single-minded (formed completely of...

The worlds are just games for them
There is ala Fantasy. They will move to other realities when one is destroyed, its a neternal game.
Its also confirmed warhammer is in a multiverse.
i guess yeah. point is they'll keep going until everything is dead
Relatable.

And will always be
NUFFLE
their endless desires leads to them never settling with sustainability
sounds like
a certain system
they changed the youtube PC UI in the middle of me listening to something
That would fall under ambition, fate, plans, hope, etc, which is all under Tzeentch
I guess ambition could also be a Slaanesh thing
They are the Emperor's most tragic sons
Literally just bad luck.
the worst part is this is very lore accurate
thats hilarious
i love darktide roleplay
The Grey Knights have sanctified bolter rounds. They are sanctified by the blood of a sacrificed person. Per bolt.
So a bolter rifle magazine costs 20 - 30 humans. Got it.
in otherwords, dont miss...
where did you read that
that sounds awfully like the SOB blood thing
right, reddit
Not the most reliable source, but considering the scale of 40k, this might be true 😂
it doesnt really make a lot of sense for grey knights
but grey knight lore is wacky so whatever
I think in Sacrifice it describes people being bled for the bolt shells to be purified in that manner
i forget
Yeah its official lore
idk why people see this shit and call it stupid
thats the point lol
Didn't they also slaughter a buncha sisters for a similar reason? 💀
That was more stupid because it made no sense
Sorta retconned afaik but yes
Yea, because like killing the sisters outright is dumb
using mass sacrificial means on a supply of lives you can eagerly take constantly from a population of gazillions is not.
because GK are stupid
even by 40k standards they're stupid
It is if we apply real life logic. However, faith works in a weird way in 40K, so it is not that stupid in that context.
Also, if the bolt can kill something that could kill a 10 men team of guardsmen, then it makes sense for the person to willingly sacrifice themselves, for the greater good.
Just came back from my local warhammer store and found out that genestealers have bike models
Which is cool as fuck
One of them has the power axe which was the base for the ingame Rashad model
Saw that one too, dope as hell
When I'm in a "being massively wasteful for no reason" competition and my opponent is a grey knight
jackals are cool
would you stan grey knights
NO
grey knights crank the stupid levels to 11
"B-but they're powerful psykers! They could t-totally siege the imperial palace despite being overwhelmingly outnumbered!"
see im actually fine with that
they're the OP faction so they should be in situations where they might actually lose
Yeah but GK glazers don't wanna admit that lol
Not even counting the custodes and sisters of silence, they'd also have to fight through the dozens of other elite militant groups protecting terra as well as any loyalist chapters who would undoubtedly arrive to help defend it as well
The grey knights are not winning that shit 😭
You forget a very big thing tho
If they got that plot armour
They would atleast get pretty close I think
Gw would piss so many people off if they ever wrote the GKs winning in that situation
The warp is literally a parallel dimension
Technically lol
Same with the weird flayed one dimension
Ah man please don't ruin this for me
And whatever the fuck necron deathmarks use
Which might just be a pocket dimension
But they use it to wait and teleport around

lol
Well “teleport”
Remember whenever a necron deathmark teleports
They had to run between the 2 spots

It would suck man, like if it ever happened you just know it would be because some fucking corp at gw wanted their favorite faction to win for no reason 😭
I did not know this bahaha
There’s some weird distance dilation going on
But necron deathmark teleportation is like a nether portal
Lmao
Atleast it would shut the imperium stans up for abit
But Necrons have 2 weird parallel dimensions going on
One for flayed ones
Which is how they move between places
And the other is for necron deathmarks
You mean we killed ourselves whaaa
I've only ever seen grey knights fans arguing in favor of it
Who just use it to “teleport” or hide
Everyone else from my experience thinks its dumb
I'm not really a gk fan
It doesn't it's stupid
Grey knights when sisters of silence
Like you don't even have to be an imperium fan. If you're knowledgeable enough on the lore it should be obvious to you that the GKs would not win in that situation
The grey knights will not win
There is literally 0 chance for them to win
But it exists as a deranged contingency plan
In case the emperor is going to become the dark king lmao
But the whole thing here is they are writing themselves into another corner
Not really
now you're wrong though. GK could easily be written to have some of terra's defenders take their side
The emperor inevitably becoming a chaos god can happen after the setting is dead
It’s not a corner
Ok so big e will become chaos that kinda just ends the whole thing
like in the scenario where the emp is clearly having some bad shit happen
I mean we already know
But assuming they aren't
why would you assume that
The imperium is going to inevitably die
if GW wants GK to win they can win
Ah well I don't feel bad for them
And the emperor will (someday) ascend into a chaos god
What that time scale is
Is up to GW to set
even some custodes could take the side of GK just think about it
(Aka when this setting becomes like whfb and is actively losing GW money)
If the emperor is going to become the dark king the real question is how does that work
For the custodes like
Loyalty to him
they can't hate the emp but if the emp changes into another warp being then custodes could be like ayo wtf
Well they’ll do it when 40K dies
lol
Which is like
20 years off at least I’d say
Whfb got blown up because it was selling like shit
lol
The emperor becoming the dark king and the imperium dying thing
Is GW’s break in case of severe money loss glass
lol
Anyways 40K already has parallel dimensions
Technically
The warp, necron stuff and like
the emp is written on purpose to forever be edging his ascention
like so many end time prophecies in 40k
OooOOh it might happen next edition i swear
The closest GW came to blowing up 40K was 8e
If 8e did like shit financially
I think GW would have endtimes’d 40K
Yeah he's just a bit of a cunt tbh
I suppose he "was" a cunt
He was always a psychic cunt tbh
even his appearance has never been consistent
Yeah but I mean when he's on his throne he's kinda just like a Xmas tree sending a signal out to the galaxy
So people can travel back to terra
It’s like a compass/lighthouse basically
I thought it was mainly for if your really far out it shows the way back
But apparantly there is parts of space where you will not see it
that's how much of a dumb end times edge he is
he cant simply be a powerful figure of the religion
he has to also be the biggest fucking macguffin in the setting
If you go far enough it gets dim
Like your so far away from any known and charted space , there was a audio book about a ship trying to locate it
They were like in the ghoul stars iirc
Human has tech to nagivate without the big E, but such thing is deemed heretical because there is no faith in the big E.
The ghoul stars are just fucked up
Also the navigators smashed it all
lol
Whenever they find it
They send out teams to destroy that shit
it's also always slower than navi methods
Oh yeah, to protect their status...
imperium has like the fastest FTL travel apart from webway
Though the navigators you know
Those creatures that come from the stars fkd them right up
I forget what there called
necron
somebody watched youtube shorts
All of the Dark age stuff are faster than whatever the Imperium is using.
Nah audio book actually
Might be an unnamed horror
lol
GW let’s authors play loose with ghoul and halo star shit
Chaos princes and champions get destroyed in the ghoul stars, not even Tzeentch knows what the fuck is there.
black library has too many incentives to hire british voice actors
they wont use AI
Tzeentch... god of knowledge my arses.
Most of the YouTube audio books have actually been written w ai it's a trend lately
Shardwalkers is ai
I'm not too sure on how it works but you can kinda tell if you listen to scentence structure
oh you mean the voice
GW is very proud of being British
To the point of being a detrimental to their profit
Lol
Since all book printing/miniature production is UK only
Might explain why there prices are so fucked lmao
Their prices are
Not the worst for miniatures for wargaming
Which is fucking hilarious
Especially for the quality
If your paying worse than warhammer prices you have been scammed
Infinity is much higher quality but you’re gona deal with pewter or resin
Oh I’m not
I just know there are worse prices
lol
Warmachine is way worse nowadays
Back in the day 70$ for the starter kit jack set
And that's a whole army pretty much
Minus some scouts and a heavy
But some of the boxes had a heavy jack
But yeah GW prices I find easier to swallow compared to some historicals
The russain themed faction had the best box
Because holy shit
Oh yeah
Historicals are actually sculpts tho
I’m willing to pay higher prices for model vehicles
But not for some of the systems infantry
Perry miniatures makes some gorgeous stuff
Yeah
I actually gotta admit I feel Like thar black powder book is so fun
That's like actually really well done
Yeah 50/50
I have a box full of Puter napoleonic Prussians
From like the 90s or something
Back when you could only order models through magazines n stuff
Pretty sure gw was like this w white dwarf 🤔
Grey Knights when their enemies don't just run into their swords and die, but instead use actual tactics and obliterate them with artillery
They had ads in white dwarfs for stuff yeah and you could order stuff by tearing the page out and circling stuff lol
I remeber seeing leman russ for like 20 pounds in one of those early wd's
Nowadays white dwarf doesn’t have advertisements in it
Well
Not the same sort of advertisement lol
Yeah man its easy for you to power scale when you interpret a sentence long lore confirmation as the most one sided outlandish scenario ever
Someone was here a while back w the actual stats of a gk vs a custodes
I can't remember but
Tabletop stats are always an abstraction
Nah he was talking lore wise
Yeah but the idea that it's just going to be an outright siege of terra is so illiterate
Ah
"if the emperor starts ascending, kill em john" is the most basic secret society plotline ever there are million different options present to GW
everything explodes probably
The entity he made his deal with, well actually nah I take that back bruh
the emperor is a very well shaken can of diet coke
It's not confirmed but it's pretty likely
One does not just become a tall man w a sword made of fire from waking up in a good mood
You can't tell me 11.5 feet is a normal height 💀
That's either some spooky power or he's on alot of roids
Step 1: terra explodes into a new eye of terror
Step 2: the collective death and suffering of the quadrillions on Terra, Mars, ect. However big the new eye is fuels the emperors ascension into a new chaos god or greatly empowers the existing chaos gods and the emperor fails to ascend
It’s why the terminus decree doesn’t say to kill the emperor. It says to put him back on the throne
Ohh
Ok so I was misinformed
I thought terminus decree was to kill him
It makes abit more sense now lmao
Yeah no killing the emperor is a terrible idea lmao
Can u see why I thought it was a dumb ass idea before 😭
Though if the emperor stops focusing on keeping the webway tear under Terra closed
Uhhhh
It might happen anyways
💀
The imperial palace is the most defended fortress in the imperium. Hell the custodes have been training constantly for another invasion ever since the heresy ended. Its just hard to imagine any scenario where the Gks could pull off their mission without a billion things going wrong. There's no need for you to be rude
Didn't he cause fkn portals to open up all over terra
Your expectation is still that its just a hard blanket siege gk vs custodes lol
If their goal is to kill the emperor then that requires some sort of way into the throne room no? I'm not even talking about just pure siege.
He caused a bunch of minor warp incursions and a massive tear in the webway portion the emperor was building yeah lmao
The goal is to put him back on the throne not kill him
Im just saying be more reasonable, if the emperor genuinely starts ascending I can only imagine how insane terra is going to look
Man 💀
He's a half dead corpse same thing really lmao
I loved how during the seige of terra the warps presence was so strong it was messing w logistics maps anything to do w navigation
If GW ever does follow up this storyline I am expecting something wacky and fun
Im just too sweet and whimsical for this world
Or was this just because there was a large concentration of despair
Ah
Emotions n what not
Also wasn't it stated that in this situation the throne would stop working?
Interesting
I mean yeah probably
So they're gonna put him back on a throne that no longer functions
Then what lol
Everyone dies ig
Either way
The imperium is cooked

Fuckin factory reset type shit 💀
Supprised they haven't brought anyone from Mars to try reboot him yet
"If your emperor is not responding, try turning him off and on again."
Unplug the wall turn the switch off wait 30 seconds and try again
Radicals am I right?
I remeber someone telling me about there philosophys
During the great rift popping open a half dozen dark angels start fucking around in the palace pretty unnoticed so ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Dark angels are so fucking weird
Istavitism is basically just carnage for no reason
Starting shit and watching it go down
I'm pretty sure there seen as heretics
The ragebaiting philosophy
Sometimes you gotta stress test your systems
It reminds me of one that's like this in real life
It revolves around war because war makes ALOT of money
The US does it to destabilize others
You basically fund a group then just pretend like you never knew them
And deny all affiliation
Isis was funded by the Corps to fight the taliban
Also the fact that the inquisition is fighting literal wars over what date it is in the galaxy is so hilariously silly
I love it
Yeah lmfao
Somewhere around m41 ass
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN
Actually tbf tho
We are not that different
Ordo chronos is still killing each other
Also it’s M42

There's a Like MASSIVE part of our history just gone
I'm pretty sure in a game I was playing it was set around m41
Or leading up to m42
The dark ages for example
We just stopped recording what was going on
It's such a bad term "the dark ages"
Most 40K lore is 999.M41
It makes it sound like something it is not
Or 9XX.M41
Newer lore is mostly 02X.M42 at latest
It’s 20 something years into the indomitus crudade
I heard a theory that they were killing the scholars around those ages
And that kinda actually could be it but
Kinda like how artists in medieval painted stupid on purpose to not mock God
Didn't Guilliman take a look personally and figured the pinpointing the exact date could be off by ~1000 years
Or was that memelore
It was 100 but yes
We already did that
The date got hard set to M.42
By Ordo chronos
And guillimans decree
Smh who missed the meeting
Off by a bit, close enough
Due to “some” time dilation
Imagine being the inquisitor who missed the important chronos meeting because you were stuck in the bathroom trying to flush out the extra spicy fajitas you ate last night, only to accidentally start a war because you weren't there to present your findings to the group?
It's almost like the people who beilve in human supremacy actually don't give a damn if you below them
LMAO
Comes back to the room every ones dead and dieing
Uhhh
Slowly walks out and closes the door
Simple disagreements get worse and worse
And escalate to violence
To prove a point
Now again tho , also average day in the 'perium
Heretical calendars are not to be tolerated
Oh also the Ordo chronos somehow fucking removed themselves from existence
For 3 years
This is not a joke
Don't you see? That calendar is an agent of chaos!
Then add the problem of time just flowing differently depending on where you are and it gets really exciting
Yeah that also
Guilliman has already been to imperium nihlus in imperium nihlus and left it
He has not gone to imperium nihlus in imperium Sanctus
Man sci-fi super fascism is so funny, I love warhammer
You spend 1 year in X but it’s been 2 years everywhere else
Guilliman who has not left in Sanctus yet
Arrived in nihlus
As his trip went backwards in time in nihlus
Lol what
Happens commonly in warp travel
Um sire we were not expecting you for another 3 months
Like that time some heresy era nightlords got stuck in the warp on their ship and were transported to 40k lmao
Does that mean
That they are talking to 2 different gumboot guerillasuits
At the same time
Ugh this making my brain hurt ngl
There were 2 around for a bit
Now there’s only one again
lol

What makes this scary is
This could be the 7th angron coming this week to you
Jfc
Sorry 8 is his number my bad
CURSE OF ONE BILLION MORTARIONS
That's just what he tells his followers to manipulate them
I like this
Also this one lmao
god this is so old its using the old typhus mini lol
That gaurdsmen like what tf am I looking at and WHAT AM I SMELLING RN
Typhus was a way better charecter than morty
He STINKS 😡👎
Yeah they really do tbh haha
Mmm yes very compelling choices
Tbh I kinda hate it when all the choices are completely dogshit.
Like I get it, reality doesn't have a complete "good ending" choice
Fallout 4 did this to me
But at the same time like
Nothing made sense
C'mon some are obviously gonna be worse than others
Like there's a reason why New Vegas has the Legion.
Nv was great w factions
It is objectively the worst choice
You only choose it if you want the world to burn
Nah i disagree it felt like they would keep going without your presence fallout 4 it's entirely reliant on you it's weird
You can argue between House, the NCR, and even yourself technically in terms of how "good" they are. Hell that's partially how the game is still alive.
But the Legion is just
Like if you stop thinking about the story in 4
It stops
Lmao
Ave caeser , crucify degeneracy
For the legion
True. It would kinda go on a stalemate
The institute is underground
And none of the factions have a way to find it
I love the legion cause they wear the armour of factions they have defeated
But they are the baddies yes
Yus
The Institute literally does nothing.
I don't even mean that as an insult
Free choice my ass
Their goal is to wait it out
Man fuck the institute, me and my revolutionary war homies nuked that place
No matter what you will play the exact same game you played last time lmao
The Minutemen are basically fucking gone
Unless you mod the fuck out of it
The Railroad is too small
F4 factions just pissed me off
And eventually would be destroyed if we go by the main questline where the Institute eventually finds their base
So all that's really left is the BoS
But hey, at least using power armor is blast in that game
In my opinion they should've combined the Minutemen and Institute together
well they are, but they're not actually trying to establish any sort of government
It would've made more sense
The Railroad should have been anti slavery in general and connected to the old common wealth government that imploded
or the Minutemen
Sorry not institute
Synth rights bro... you guys are advocating for clankers
Kill them all
...
from a philsophical standpoint
Curie
they're sentient and sapient
Nah the first ones wernt
I LOVE PAIN TRAIN RAAAAAH
You actually see the process
I find it insulting to humans to be seen as the same as a synthetic
Their skeletons are natural
They lack the main thing that matters tho lmao
not really?
Honestly I unironically watched the loop of 3rd Gen synths being created for 30 minutes.
I mean they kinda do
It was genuinely fascinating
They are programmed
they're still sentient and sapient flesh and blood
the only reason they're programable is due to something thats shoved in their brain
The chip
anyways point being they should be treated as sentient and sapient people
lol
the railroad isn't wrong on that
but the railroad not being anti slavery as a whole is
I mean
They're literally made out of flesh
stupid lol
76 was quite fun last time I played it. Made a friend here
Again minutemen and railroad should've been fused together
Have the railroad have the same goal with the minutemen
is that fucking moth man
So are we gonna start giving our androids rights soon lmao
With like a branch focused on saving sy ths
They are literally a tool
Yea lol, dude's chill like that
If they are sentient, sapient, and can feel emotions
Yeah
modern ones no
they're not thinking
lol
Synths literally posses sentient and sapiance
I see making this as mocking God
thats my cutoff point personally
God should just
in terms of philosphy
We shouldn't try create
if something is sentient and sapient
It doesn't work ever
then its considered a "person"
I mean current machine learning is fascinating
LLMs suck
Look at the scientists who play God and make shit worse
Lol how did I manage that
its not a thinking machine
Tagged myself
We are nowhere near the ai apocalypse
Anywas point being we're absurdly far from anything remotely sentient
let alone sapient
lol
I see machines as a tool and nit to ever be devolved beyond this
Dude gets sent to the fucking stratosphere
Honestly, there is a 50% chance that if we create a skynet equivalent
It wouldn't even fucking
Kill us all
It'd just give up
I love fallout ragdolls
Rokos basilisk is very scary
its also not real
Yeah lol
Basically the process in the institute has them build an already premade skeleton that's organic.
Weave muscle fiber into it
Activate electric signals
But yeah 3rd gen Synths are literally clones
which is my whole thing with them personally
And then dip in some weird fucking
It's a philosophical veiw but that being said
Flesh vat?
To make the skin
Again I watched the process for 30 minutes
Genuinely mesmerizing
Idk I guess it's the part where they literally sew muscle and tissue onto a skeleton
That shit looks cool
Even if it's slightly janky because
Where's the flesh coming from?
Bethesda
Most likely grown.
We already have the capability currently
Lab grown meat is genuinely considered a thing
They got everything else down. The nutrients, the protein, etc.
The problem is
The taste
I know but the synths are explained as boogeyman and people go missing..
It just tastes like garbage
cloned likely
we can already grow flesh in a lab environment irl
though not via cloning(generally)
They can clone flesh and bone but they can't make a decent laser rifle
It's probably just rumor but cmon
Yah
thats just gameplay imo
lol
Honestly, I think the worst part about the Institute is that their goal is kinda unclear
Well the way it's communicated makes it unclear
yea
Not the actual goal
It's sad because it genuinely is a cool idea
I like the Institute's designs
The art team did a wonderful job with it
They think they did a plot twist w your son but it was really just fucking dumb
Another highlight is the voices for Nate and Nora
I don't like voice protagonists for RPGs
And I hope they never do it again
Their voice acting was good
But I do admit that both of the VAs did a wonderful job
Yeah the VA was good in that
unfortunately it also has the curse of having a voice acted RPG protaganist lol
There's only a few games where I think a voiced protaganist is good
Genuinely, I think the best moment is when they shouted at "Father" to give them their son back
mostly due to the protaganist having a pre established personality
"Give me my son back. GIVE ME SHAUN."
I like halos approach to it
and like actual traits
lol
well Halo isn't an RPG
but Chief and Noble 6 are both stoic, slightly sociopathic, maladjusted killing machines
no ik but THE WHOLE REASON CHEIF KEEPS HIS MASK ON IS SO WE CAN PRETEND WE ARE HIM , Having him remove it on the series made me so mad
Yeah true that
Wasn't that lik
